Hi,

 

I just completed the Cesar Vialpando mission, but Cesar hasn't called me to continue with "High Stakes, Low-Rider" mission. Is there a waiting period before I receive his phone call?

Just hang around, you should receive his call. Or maybe you received it? Take a look on the radar or map, there should be a 'CV' icon on it.

Yeah, there isn't any CV on the map. I just completed the "Home Invasion" mission and still no phone call. WEIRD! Any other suggestions?

Are you sure you have done all the missions? No 'BS', 'S', 'R', 'OG', 'C-', 'CJ' icon on the radar or map?

If you are sure that you have done everything, that just wait. Wait wait wait. The phone will come. Until that, do some other stuff.

Yes, there are both a BS and a single letter on the map; I can't remember which one it is right off hand. I need to do those first? I was following a "100% Strategy Guide," and it had it in the order that I have done them. It must be wrong.

Play the game... don't use any so called 'Guides'. All missions are at your choice if more than one Icon or Letter appears on the map/radar.

The only Aid you should consider are the maps for the collectables.

Yeah, or you could do some side missions, if you don't like to collect. Side missions such like Paramedic for max health, Taxi for nitrous, Burglary for infinite sprint, Firefighter for becoming fireproof, etc.
