I don't think any of IV versions are region locked anymore, not once patched to enable DLC, though I'm not positive about this. DLC should be a safe bet. GritEngine Posted July 28, 2010 Share Posted July 28, 2010 Yea, well, if you get them from D2D (I did), you get the code, then you put that into the GFWL thing that comes up when you try to play an episode you don't have. After that, the game will begin downloading either episode you enter, into your GFWL downloads folder. After, the data will be copied to appdata folders as this is where the GTA dlc is stored.
