No, I don't think the "call 911" has to do with it, I meant sometimes I will see people pull out there phones and start talking about a car being stolen. Still its not really worth the additional effort, sometimes there are cops patrolling the streets, which makes getting away scot-free almost impossible. Stealing one little bitch-ass car and they pull out of their phone, dialing 911 and in a few minutes the cops starts chasing your ass and get your ass rammed in jail, because of one car lol I hear them always yelling at their phones for cops after stabbed grandma. Once I dialed 911 for cops, they came in after some seconds. One cop comes out of the car and start looking and asking "This is LCPD, whats the problem?" No one answered that questions so that cop: "Must be a prick" LOL This game is funny! You should show your rocket launcher in front of people. They will say funny things and then they sometimes call the cops. But as long as you just standing there, you'll get no star. After just 1 shot EVERYONE on the street runs like they know where I am, and then the cops have like BAD-GUY-SONAR and know where you are instantly. Last night I was playing TLAD and I was at the alderny docks just messing around shot a couple people and got a 1 star instantly. I quickly shoot out a window of a nearby truck and just sit in it wait for the cops and they don't notice me in the truck I drive off without them seeing when a cop was standing not 5 ft from the truck the cops in this game are so stupid sometimes. Jordy. Posted August 21, 2010 Share Posted August 21, 2010 Yes, pedestrians definitely do alert the cops. Ever tried stealing a car or firing a gun with absolutely no-one around? Or in the middle of nowhere? Nothing happens. You can also hear the peds on the phones. One I can recall right now is a woman's voice panicking into her cell: "Hello? I'm running from them and misjudge a climb the cops catch up to me. Of course I never go down without a fight... it is 10x better to die than to get busted I'm not losing my weapons! Just one thing though, there were no choppers nearby; infact, there were no cops of any kind. I suspect that the peds called the cops, and they must've guessed where I was and called in the chopper. hugh750 Posted September 3, 2010 Share Posted September 3, 2010 When playing gta 4 eflc and i swipe a car ether i jack another car and pull out it's driver or break into a parked car, ether way i just drive off i don't stay around for the police to show up, even if the police see me break into or jack a car, i just get into a car chase and lose them.
