People may want Vice City, but one thing is for sure, Miami cant f*ck with Chicago. Not on a gang level, not on a killing level, not on any level. Hell, if you go to Miami right now, you'll see Chicago gangs down there. I been to Miami, Miami is not f*cking with Chicago period. Chicago is the hardest city that they could make a GTA. Secondly, crime sim is not what GTA is. That's why saints row sucks: They cloned something that isn't even the fact of the matter. Chicago has NOTHING on miami in terms of media and culture (read: media PRESENCE), and that is why it is Miami and not Chicago. They do have Chicago based gangs in Miami. But Miami in the early 80's was the Murder/Cocaine Capital of the United States. I don't think Chicago could ever match that. Smugglers were bringing in TONS of Coke in one shipment through Miami back then. It was riduculous. But there's also a place called Liberty City,Miami. That would be perfect for an expansion pack where you play as a gangbanger for a gang there. Vice City could actually end up having a San Andreas like effect, and San Andreas was like the top selling Playstation 2 game ever. I can see it now. GTA V PS3 top seller.
