img tool 2.0 & txd workshop problem

im using them in SAN ANDREAS they don't work like they used to. I had a problem with SAMI too but got it working again w/ simply opening as administrator.

I thought it was the same with these two (img & txd workshop) but i have them open as administrator and still same thing.

OK NOW THE THING IS THAT WITH img tool i have added some characters saved them into SKIN chooser mod and it rebuild fine, but when i play the game they don't appear in SKIN chooser!?

Now with TXD WORKSHOP they skins dont change when i paint them different colors with painshop pro n stuff like that but it rebuilds fine and it shows the replaced skins on them, then when i load the game the characters look the same no change. ok thats all hope somebody understands.

NEVERMIND I FIXED IT. I HAD TWO SKIN.IMG FILES ONE IN CLEO AND ONE IN MODELS HAHA SO I JUST DELETED THE ONE IN MODELS AND NOW WORKS GREAT
