SIKKS66 Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 What I've found is that Chemistry really helps so build your team towards one nationality or league (like my team is mostly Italians/Serie A players). Sell off any players you don't plan on using, no point them sitting in your club going unused. Golds can be discarded for 300ish points and Rares can go for 600ish so if you have any you know aren't really in demand, discarding them is a good option (nobody is really gonna pay big for Stoke/West Brom etc etc players). Learn to use the trade market and try beat of competition to raise funds better. For example, I managed to beat off all those around me by selling off Schweinsteiger for 1000 less than the rest. When you raise funds I think it's better to aim for players you know will make a difference. Using the points on card packs is risky; it can go both ways. I once sold Aguero for 20,000 after getting him in a pack and with that money I got Chiellini and Schweinsteiger in two packs. When I sold Schweinsteiger later on for around 15,000 I got a load of sh*t in my packs. Don't be like me, wasting points of packs/crap players. I've wasted so many points on sh*te I could probably have Sneijder, Maicon and Eto'o in my team right now. Hope that helps. Just my opinions, but I'm sh*t at UT haha. Subs: Carlton Cole, Johan Elmander and the rest, unknown dudes. Buy cheap, sell on for more, and just play offline tournaments. My methods of building up coinage. Got Buffon and Fabiano in the same pack in that Gold Premium Players pack deal earlier. But then I thought I'd open a silver premium pack, and got some in form (IF) German player for K'lautern, rated 74. Turns out he goes for 40k. Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 lol, glad you bumped this topic because I had no idea it existed! for years fifa was the only other game i'd played besides gta. can't answer your question though, as i never play career mode. playing against the computer is something my patience can't bear to do, so all my play is limited to head to head and online ranked matches/leagues. anyways, i was really disappointed with fifa11, but i'll admit that it's grown on me over time. really only the gameplay is what I like about this year's edition, although it's only slightly better than that of fifa10. i have so many problems with this game but i've saved all that talk for the EA Forums if anyone's up for some matchs, add me on PSN: ElCactus Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I didn't know they updated the transfers etc. That meansI wont have Ronaldinho at Milan anymore... ah well, he was sh*t anyway and in career mode, I sold him. Playing online the other day and I suppose I should have put him in as a striker because left foward he just lost the ball too many times. He's too slow and loses possession waay too easy. I can't play Head To Head matches anymore, it will either find no opponent or when it finds someone, it says no longer available or disconnected or something. How quickly people rage quit and that I can't defend to save my life. I scored against online with 7 minutes on the clock and immediately they quit.
