Id have to say my favorite food is cheeseburgers, but my favorite meal is steak, baked potatoes and veggies. Since it's something everyone has to do, what do you guys generally like to eat? I let it marinate for 42 hours in my family's secret recipe, once done we dip them in italian bread crumbs (food 4 less) and fry them for about 20 minutes or so. delish sh*t. More on-topic, I f*cking love cheese steaks, and some quality chicken Pizza. (Chickem parm pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, buffalo chicken pizza...) I made a 2-layer pizza one time using two large tortilla shells, bottom layer was taco meat, top layer was just like a regular pizza, but with some extra cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and taco sauce on top. Rib-eye steak, fried onions, mushrooms and thin fries with a fried egg. Neck of lamb stew with fluffy suet dumplings and mashed potatoes Udon noodle soup with miso, dashi-no-moto, prawn tempura and mustard greens. I could just go on forever about great food, I've been cooking since childhood and always watched my mum cooking all the old fashioned English foods. English food gets a lot of stick worldwide, but nowhere else in the world celebrates the flavour of the ingredients and doesn't need to cover them in spices. Case in point - Jersey royal potatoes, peas and streaky bacon: boil the potatoes, fry the bacon, heat up the peas. Serve with a knob of butter on the potatoes and finish by puring the fat from the fring ppan over the peas and potatoes. It doesn't even need any salt, there's enough in the bacon fat and butter. Heh, that pasta thing sounds like my family. We eat pasta all the time, and when no one makes it, my grandmother usually sends some over. Other food that we eat usually consists of garlic. I guess it's pretty true. Anyway, I love a good steak. Cooked medium-rare; I can't stand when it's overcooked. I also enjoy pasta and pizza.
