Buy the game! Or keep searching for cracks. We won't post any links because it's illegal.

1. Do you really think it's still for sale here?

2. All other cracks are unsave or have viruses, i always get them from a virus-free site

Do you have a reliable antivirus up-to-date? If not download Avira for free.

If I'm looking for a crack I just type it on google and I find it in the first or second link. Nobody is going to post a link. Don't be so lazy, it's easy to find.

Yes, the game is still for sale brand new, Here at Amazon.com,-PC is the third one on the list. There is the Single game version and there is the Trilogy Pack version with all 3 games. Also, the game is for sale on Steam and D2D as Downloads(these are the ONLY legal downloads available).

So, Buy the game legit, or we will be unable to help, as GTAForums has a "no Warez" policy as stated Here in the rules. Just a heads up. smile.gif

2. The reason most downloads to cracks have viruses, is because they are not condoned by the game manufacturer, which makes them illegal, as they are used to for Warez purposes(to get around buying a legit copy of the game).?

I fixed it by burning on a disk, and installing from the original Setup.exe on my hard disk (because my pc can't recognize disk)

Now i walk into another problem:

I put the disk into the drive and i launch GTA3.exe, everything goes right, the RAM OK ROM OK movie appears, but then i hear the GTA III Theme and then it simply crashes.

Can someone help me with this? nervous.gif

It's not recommended to overclock a CPU that old. I overclocked mine and it crashed in games a lot, also my PC wouldn't start after a while until a guy reset my CPU settings.

it was already clocked when i bought it

Did you buy it from a shop? I doubt that they would overclock them. You could post a topic in Tech and PC chat and ask if it is alright to overclock your CPU. I would say it's not.

I told you how to fix the problem in my last post-the solution is to: STOP trying to get it to work through illegal ways, and just buy a LEGIT RETAIL copy-it is less than $10 brand new now a days, so there should be NO reason to NOT buy a legit copy. I even gave links to where you can buy the game. Just a heads up.

So, please stop doing things the illegal way-cracks, "burnt" copies of game, etc. and BUY the game if you expect it to work right.

OK, but if you cannot afford the $10(which is not much money when a lot of games now a days are $30+), you can always go on Amazon.com and get a USED copy, those are usually less than $5.

Just curious, if you are that broke like you say, to where you cannot afford $10 for a video game, than how were you able to afford to spend $500+ for a computer? Computers are $298+, where as videogames are only around $10.

Also, there is nothing wrong with Vista, III, VC, and SA run great on Vista without the need for compatibilty mode. However, there are anti-piracy measures that is put into the games to make it not work properly if it is not a legit copy. This measure is put into pretty much all DVD'd, certain CD's, VHS tapes, etc, so it is not new....

5$ but the transport can be five times the game's price.

There are a lot of games and albums I would buy but I don't have enough money.

Not true, the shipping and handling for pretty much every game i've bought online is usually only $1.97, plus the tax is 6% on the dollar-which if the game is 9.99(it is new), that means the tax is only around .60 (60 cents). OR, you can go to Wal-Mart.com(they sale pre-owned games too), and the shipping and handling is only .97 to your home OR you can use the site-to-store option and it is FREE shipping that way. Just a heads up. Even on Amazon.com, it is not more than $1.97 for shipping. So, that part is simply not true. If you catch it right, around August, there is usually a week to where PC software is tax free-for back to school shopping-at least in Florida and Alabama.

In my opinion, if you can afford to spend $400+ for a computer, you can afford $5 - $10 for games.? confused.gif

Please have a look at The Foeum Rules over here, it says that it is against the rules to discuss illegally obtained games here. (violation of the No Warez Policy both on the Forum and a federal Law).-It is against Federal Law to steal games. Just a heads up.

But, How can you afford to pay $400+ for a computer, but not be able to afford $5-$10 for a game? IF you were that tight on money, than, in my opinion, you WOULD NOT have bought a computer plus pay $20+ per month for internet(at least I would not have if I was that tight on money).-Don't you think so?

Besides, there is a little thing called the internet, where you have sites like: e-bay, Amazon.com, Wal-Mart.com, Target.com, ebgames.com, etc to where you can buy games. As stated in my last post, the shipping is only 97 cents on wal-mart.com right now and the tax is only around 60 cents(9.99 x 6% tax), so the game will only be around $10 and some change after tax and shipping. Just a heads up.

But, a lot of games have copy protection in them to make them not work right if an illegal version is detected. This method has been working since Cassette tapes and VHS tapes have come out.

Judging by that last post, I take it you are under 18, since you said you cannot buy 18+ games.? And besides, it is 17+ not 18+(that what I was told by a manager at Wal-Mart #919.) Just a heads up.

Interesting. I always thought that shipping was expensive internationally.

That depends. I don't know about twannie, but I live with my parents and I don't get that much money. The allowance here is about 12.5 $ which is really a small amount of money. I might need the money for something else.

If I were to work and live by myself I would definitely afford these things.

The ONLY LEGAL downloads for the game are through Steam and D2D. Please stop being cheap and just buy the game if you want it to work right. After all, you spent 300+ for a computer, the least you can do is spend $5 -$10 for a game(if you really want to play that bad). I mean don't you have a job where you have money coming in?-since you are playing 17+ rated games, I take it you are at least 17 and therefore are old enoungh to work(the minimum working age is 14 according to the Wage and Hourly board in Washington DC.) So, if you are that broke, you should get at least a part time job, if you don't already have one, and save money that way.

Like I said before, if you were that tight on money, why would you go out and spend $300+ for a computer, plus $20+ a month for internet(I take it you have internet, since you are on these forums), when you could use the money for other bills. It just doesn't make sense? confused.gif
