I just made a big dude with horns, covered in tattoos and called him Stan Le Deville haha. Get over Billy man, hes a fool. In that picture he looks like a druggie you'd find on the street as a random character in the game. And Claude is a Mute, who the hell wants to play as a mute again? it was lame enough the first time. I think we can maybe see the return of Ken Rosenberg and maybe even Donald Love, but only because their exits were so open... well Love's was annyway. Not to mention the alliance of animal men. And what ever happened to Ken Rosenberg? He just left the city, you got a call from him, and he was gone. Donald Love, he basically just disappeared. @JoshGTAfreak, That guy actually looks worse now. Definitely not a GTA styled killer. Maybe a drug dealer's customer, but that's about it. These pop rock guys don't look like criminals. They're about as menacing as a marshmallow in a bubble bath.
