Any of you guys know people who smoke ganja who try and act out all the negative stereotypes attached to smoking ganja just to seem cool? A guy I used to be cool with (who when I found more about realised was a horrible person) does this. It's people like this who help the anti-ganja people and organisations keep ganja illegal.

 

Some people are incredibly selfish...

You mean people who openly admit they smoke and/or do other drugs in front of strangers, just to play out a played out charade of being a stoner? ...Or the people that brag about smoking all the time, when they're actually not?

 

I know a couple of people that do that. I find it kinda irritating at times, but I don't bother with it as long as they don't get me into trouble.

 

I myself, don't care about other people think, and don't show my "stoner self" in front of strangers, only the people I smoke with regularly, which are my dear friends.

 

Ontopic: Notebook papers? Somebody actually smokes out of that? I'd rather eat the weed than roll it with that, sh*t's poisonus. I only used notebook paper to roll filters, and that's when I REALLY don't have a pack of smokes or any other thin cardboard on me or nearby.

Well basically he goes around acting out the negative (and might I add, false) stoner stereotypes such as being lazy, not caring about anything or anyone, etc to try and seem cool. Now you might ask what evidence I have that it isn't the ganja doing it, well, I've known him before he started smoking and he's been the same as he is now. He's using the ganja as a scapegoat for his own horrible personality basically.

 

He also goes around saying he's done all these drugs, including some of the more 'exotic' ones (atleast over here) like LSD when I'm 99% sure he has never even seen a tab.

 

Funny thing is, he mostly does all this to girls who don't know the first thing about ganja and get all their information regarding any substance from organisations like D.A.R.E, to seem 'dangerous' and 'reckless' infront of them.

 

So I've stopped selling him ganja. I don't want to support his idiocy.

 

As for telling people I smoke, I don't go around bragging but I have no problem in telling anyone that I smoke ganja and most people who know me know that I smoke.

Ive only tried resin once when I was desperate, it was f*cking gross. The smoke was really harsh and it didnt do much for me anyway. Never again.

Can anyone tell me when a bowl is cashed? Is it when it turns to ash or when it turns black but the structure of the ganja is still there?

I always keep something sharp and knife like on me for this. Its usually a keychain nail clipper with a nail file attached to it. After the bowl goes around a bit, I check to see if the stuff in the bowl is ash (exactly like cigarette or joint ash). If you poke lightly enough and stir a little bit of the top free, you can just tap the bowl while holding it on its side and gravity does the rest.

 

You are going to need to repeat the process until you get down to the good sh*t still left. It has an obvious density and texture difference than the ash but you don't want to stir it up and mix your sh*tty ash in with the good remaining weed. Give it a little bit of time and you will know the feel of it. Also, when I pack a nice big bowl, I try and not to pack it very tight at the start. After the first few hits are gone, thats when I use my lighter or finger to pack the weed down. It just makes for a better yet slower burn rather than an overly strong, mostly wasted, quick burning hit.

pretty much what kev said. use your finger or a small twig or stick or something once the bowl has been hit a couple times to check if it's ash or not. if there's still some there light it slowly and inhale slowly to not get all the hot ash in your f*cking mouth.

man that happened to me when my pipe broke,I sort of fixed it and I used it to smoke the rest of my last nug. Im finishing up the bowl and the little green pieces that fall through end up acting like f*ckin projectiles and they can lodge in your throat. f*ck, imagine dying that way. Ok so I'm pretty sure there was something mixed in with the weed I smoked last night. After one bong hit I started feeling really dizzy like time was going crazy slow. I started drifting off and then next thing I can remember there's tons of different colors like red and purple and orange just surrounding me and my body just keeps flipping around itself. I have no control of my body and this feels like it goes on for days and days, my body just flipping around and sh*t. At the point I'm begging to God (I don't even believe in a god) to just let this stop because I literally felt like I was going to be stuck there forever and I would go insane.

 

Every now and then my body would sort of come into focus (but still very dizzy like right before I passed out) and I would see all the people I was with when I was smoking and they would continually say the same things over and over and whenever this happened my body would start twitching or I would start screaming or yelling or I would like pass back out (I had no control over my body remember). I would also feel people lifting me up by my arms and legs which I can only assume was actually happening since I was passed out. Turns out that the things that happened when my vision became more focused, actually happened in real life even though I had no control over what my body was doing.

 

My friends told me (once I woke up) that I passed out and randomly I would wake up and start screaming or trying to fight people or whatever. And remember this felt like it was going on for days and I was on the verge of going insane. It's hard to describe, I literally felt like I forgot what it was like to be a human. Now my friends can't stop laughing at me because of what happened. They thought I was going to die and almost took me to the hospital.

 

Then I woke up this morning sleeping on a couch and I was f*cking happy to know that it was over and that God didn't decide to f*ck me over for eternity. So does this sound like anything you guys have ever heard of? Maybe a bad acid trip or did the weed just really hit me that hard? I don't really know anyone who's done acid and I've never gone on what I can only assume to be a "trip" from smoking weed.

Sounds a lot like PCP (embalming fluid mostly) to me tbh. I can tell you without any doubt that it was definitely not ganja.

 

Oh and it's definitely not LSD considering how fire kills it.

Really? I guess that would kill any chances of it being LSD, but it sounds exactly like what happened. I guess I'll have to look more into other things.

Consider looking into PCP since it shares some effects with LSD (or are very similar atleast).

 

If it was indeed PCP, tell the dealer and stop buying ASAP. Smoking embalming fluid (most PCP is cut with it, pure PCP is very rare) is a HUGE no-no.

Yeah it looks like it could have been PCP as well.. the only thing is that he's sold that weed to multiple people in the house (the house has like 40 guys living in it) with no complaints and I smoked it with 2 other guys and they were fine.

Also sounds like a bad mushroom trip. I haven't expierenced that but I have seen it happen two times. I have smoked PCP and it is not fun, I didn't see anything but I did feel dead, I was really cold, I could hear my heart beating, and my heart beating was intense. That wasn't a fun ride home at all...

 

I am happy I have a reliable dealer. Do not have to worry about laced sh*t.

I'm going to talk to the dealer and the other guys I smoked with later on today, they were all around me when I was tripping. I just somehow doubt the weed was dipped in PCP or something. I know atleast 5 other people who smoked it without any problems.

am i the only person who always has to take the safety off their lighter as soon as they get it? i don't know why, but it just annoys me when i'm in a sesh and someone's passing around a lighter with a safety. it hurts my fingers like a bitch after a while, especially after being in the cold smoking.

Yeah I hate the safety strip with a passion, Ive torn it off every lighter Ive had since I was 13.
