Had a couple brownies the other day and even after passing out for 12 hours I still woke up all chink-eyed. Twas great though, took me back to the first time I ever smoked

Bought two diffeent strains tonight: Burmese (really strong like the Northern Lights I had recently) and Green Giant. This one I havent tried yet. Also smoked some big balls of hash with the weed. Hennessy sippin at the same time.

 

I have the munchies like a motherf*ck. Moved into my new apartment today, theres a 7-11 across the street! I can see the cemetary from my kitchen window -_-

It's odd where I live, it's got a really post reputation but pretty much everyone I know smokes weed at least sort of twice a week. I'm partial to a bit myself but try to limit it, being young I don't wanna f*ck with my mind too much. So here, hot stoner (Well if you class it stoner) chicks aren't exactly hard to come by, seen as though the majority are.

 

Main reason I do it is just to relax, all week I get sh*t off the parents for not doing as well as I should at school (I'm an A student, but I'm expected to be A*), other dickhead class mates, revising for exams etc. etc.

 

Tomorrow we have a nice little plan. Buying half an ounce for a few of us (Probably getting f*cked over by a dealer). Heading up to the skate park, do some skating, getting baked and listening to the doors. F*cking game plan.

 

Still, I find it odd that Harrogate has this really high reputation when in reality it has a major drug problem. But, of course, that's if you see it as a problem. Most places have the underage drinking problem, but that isn't as bad here. I maintain that alcohol f*cks you twice as bad as dope.

Eh, Haven't smoked for about three weeks including this up coming one because they are wipping out drug tests at school, so I'm going to do the wise thing and lay low for a bit, just duck for a week or so.

I didn't think schools were allowed to do that, either. As long as you don't have bud on you, I don't think they'd be able to do anything to you other than put you on a list of kids to watch for drugs, or something.

Yeah, I know if the tests come back positive for marijuana in you're blood stream then you get expelled (At my school anyway). Actually I'm not sure if you get expelled maybe suspended unless you are caught red handed with it at school, expellsion seems like a little too much. I didn't even think it was allowed to interfere with your life at school. Isn't there any legal way to say, listen I didn't do it in school, surely you can't expell me just for it being in my system?

Nope. They can legally expel you for it simply being in your blood stream, regardless of where you used the stuff. Whether it would be an expulsion or suspension basically depends on school policy.

Yeah drug tests at school what the f*ck. At my school you only got expelled for dealing, if you got caught smoking they sent you to the counselor.

I'm fairly sure you can legally refuse having a drug test by the school, They're setting it up in my school but I think I'll be gone by the time it sets in.

Unless you're 18, even if this is an option, you'll have to go through your parents/guardians. But I'm not sure it's going to work in the first place. Yes, they can't test you without consent or court order, and they need probable cause for court order. But there are a lot of nuances. For starters, courts have upheld laughably low standards for "probable cause" when schools are concerned. So "somebody thought they saw you red-eyed" might do it. The school also has a lot of ways to make your life difficult, at best, if you refuse the testing. So while legally you might have that right, in practice, it's very unlikely you'd be able to exercise it.

I do consider myself lucky after the horror of my ex, lol. She was a stoner, but she was a toxic chick. And yeah Mr.Mister, it was weird, but no big deal. Her step dad basically pulled a drama queen move to get the heat off his back and made himself look like a fool.

 

Had a pretty nice couple days off. Chilled with my girlfriend all weekend watching movies being lazy. Besides some yard work we did and went out to eat and stuff. And booty.

 

Buddy who I mentioned before is going to have a nice crop pretty soon. He's got a nice little garden going on.

Ugh, got a really bad flu goin on right now... havent been awake for more than an hour the past two days. I seemed to have stopped puking and I dont have the shakes anymore. My body just feels really tired. I drank a fat cup of medicine last night and now I feel a lot better, just my entire body feels like an elastic band. Like I'm drunk or something. Will continue puffing on Burmese whenever I'm not sick.
