Then they'll still get money from me. Oh, Gabe, so PS3 is open platform now? 2 months ago it was "hard for programming". darthYENIK
1st: Nintendo2nd: Sony 3rd: EA 4th: Ubisoft 5th: Microsoft I agree. After watching the Nintendo conference again with my sister. There's just so much they revealed. Golden Eye, Donkey Kong Country, Kirby, Zelda, and 3DS (although we really knew about it) and Kid Icarus. Sony had some good stuff, but it was all pretty much stuff we knew was coming, or don't care about. EA would have been better if they, IMO, had Rock Band 3. Ubisoft had Assassin's creed, and Future Solider, and that's all I cared about. Shaun White Skateboarding looks lame. Microsoft was just boring. EDIT: and damn, when that Donkey Kong Country music came on, I felt like I was 10 years old again.

Minic
So when is THQ's and when are the next conferences? Never. All the confrences are done, it's always only Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Ubisoft and EA that have big press events, the rest of the developers/publishers have booths on the show floor and you just have to wait for footage of their new games to pop up on the various gaming websites. Your question has been answered many times before, there will be no more conferences, except for Konami at G4TV. And sites like Gamespot, G4TV, GT and IGN will have live stage show were developers can show of there stuff. Now Start using Google like anybody else. Edit: KONAMI Wednesday at 9PM PT / 6PM E Edited June 15, 2010 by maxopower

Twisted Metal, maybe. But we all knew Portal 2 was coming. Maybe not in the Sony presser, but we knew it was coming. Obviously not GTA V exclusively for the Wii. Everyone knew Portal 2 was coming, but did you honestly think it would be shown on the Sony floor? Announced by Gabe, saying it's the best console version? And if Twisted Metal wasn't a surprise, I don't know what is.

Even then, the picture looks like terrible fan art at first glance (and nothing like a GTA screenshot/logo), so common sense told me it couldn't be GTA V, and I was right. It was Civilization V. Also, just saw in the top right corner of Gametrailers a link to see the 'Live Unveiling Of Project Natal' which I thought was weird. So I hovered my cursor over and it linked to the Sony Conference page. The normal E3 link is in place now. Just saw A Kinect advert on the YouTube homepage. God help us, God help us all........ darthYENIK
Twisted Metal was an awesome surprise. That real life Sweet Tooth truck was amazing. It's one of the first games that I really played multiplayer non-stop with friends. This E3 is definitely the E3 of Nostalgia. It seems like Nintendo really has come on strong with resurrection of dead franchises. Sony had Twisted Metal, and then we got Driver which looks to be a lot like the original. Marvel vs. Capcom has a new game on show, and even Mortal Kombat. I think in this day and age, we all just want to go back to the 90s.

Omnia sunt Communia
Just read the recap of the Sony press conference. Looks promising. Excited about new Twisted Metal game, I haven't played those games since Playstation 1. I like the idea of "gangs" which follow the original character designs. The Sweet Tooth based gang from the trailer looks pretty badass. Not too sure about inFAMOUS. Cole looks strange and the lightening sword/weapon things just look a bit gimmicky. Nice touch with the ice powers though. New Orleans as a setting is pretty swish too.
