Yeah I agree with both of the things you said. I think he probably has other commitments so he can't become a full time cast member, hence why he hasn't been seen again until now but they're leaving open the possibility for him to return again in the future.

I'm glad they didn't bring Morgan back to the prison. As he said himself, he couldn't bare watching Rick or Carl die, or anyone else I imagine. He would crack and go berserk, murdering everyone in order to 'save' them.

Haha I really liked Michonne in this episode. She was still a badass while acting like a normal human being for a change.

I'm glad they didn't bring Morgan back to the prison. As he said himself, he couldn't bare watching Rick or Carl die, or anyone else I imagine. He would crack and go berserk, murdering everyone in order to 'save' them.

I feel like their still not done with Morgan yet. They just kinda left it hangin. I personally would rather they have brought him back with them. I just really like Morgan and he would have been a nice addition to the group.

Oh man, latest episode was awesome. I thought that the hitchhiker at the beginning of the episode was Ricks imagination, cause he said he sees things when he drives towards the end of the ep

But at the end of the episode, turns out he was real because they stop by his dead body and take his backpack. Kind of a disappointment, but still the best episode in a while.

I hope that Governor asshole dies soon.

I believe we have, it was the same episode as the one where Hershel got bit on leg.

I'm not sure what to think of this episode. It was cool to see Rick and the Governor finally meet, but the episode felt like it was going nowhere fast. There weren't may negotiations as there was swapping stories and ideologies. I guess it was enjoyable to see Hershel, Milton, Daryl and the other guy interacting. They all knew that the negotiations were nothing but a show. I wasn't surprised to hear the Governor's plan to kill Rick and his camp if they turn over Michonne. Luckily, Rick was able to see through his bullsh*t and accepts the fact that he'll try to kill them even if they do give him Michonne.

Not exactly the most exciting episode, but looks like it's going to set the stage for a pretty awesome ending in the final three episodes. I was kind of hoping that the negotiations between Rick and governor would have gotten a bit more heated, especially since they showed the scene where the governor had the pistol taped under the table.

I had the same feeling. I was expecting the Governor to attempt to shoot Rick, but it didn't happen. So much for Chekhov's gun.

I really wish Andrea would die. She's gotten so annoying. Hershel's 'buy me a drink first' line was cheesy as f*ck, too. What about that gun taped to the table? This show has been really hard to sit through, lately.

I personally find the character development very well written and acted, this latest episode demonstrated that aptly. I honestly have gotten to the point where I could give a rats ass about if a zombie or two pops in for a episode I'm tuning in for the draaaaama.

Agreed. I loved it. It begged a little extra give out of us, to believe that Rick would agree to a sitdown and not just shoot the Gov in the face (and vise-verse) but the tension was fantastic. Every once and a while, I don't mind being toyed with so plainly. The taped guns, the sly looks at the whiskey, constant focus on hands - built a serious air of paranoia.

 

And Voodoo, really? You didn't get a chuckle out of the "buy me a drink first" scene? I thought it was a smart and funny way for Herschel to keep his sidearm a secret.

I dunno, I guess the forced laughter just rubbed me wrong. I was already pretty irritated by Andrea at that point. She's so much better in the books.

Yeah. they've seriously twisted her character. Unless this whole ordeal is meant to finally harden her up. I've also never been a fan of Laurie Holden or her overacting, which doesn't help much.

That's just it. That woman is a horrible actress. I can't stand that furrowed brow mouth agape expression on her mug.

I wonder how faithful the final showdown between woodbury will be with regards to the comics. I hope Carol doesn't die. She's one of the characters I like most but it doesn't look good for her I don't think.

That was the best part for me. Kinda showed that Daryl and Martinez could easily be friends and Milton and Herschel too...

It was kinda cool to see the Governor and Rick meet, it was important to for the storyline too, now both sides leaders has met each other. But the episode itself was indeed a little dull, but I know for sure that that is just the beginning... The calm before the storm, you might say...
