FIFA's stubborn about changes like that, but if this result holds, it's a no-brainer - there will be replay in some form in Brazil four years from now.

 

You allow a minute for review and add it to stoppage time just like an injury or anything else. Must be irrefutable evidence to overturn a call on the field, just like in the NFL. Plain, simple, painless.

Firstly Englands defense was teribble and they should have conceded 3. However they didn't and how the assistant did not see that ball cross the line is beyond me. Capello comfortably celebrated from 50 yards away yet the assisant, who was perhaps not in the best position should still have seen that as a goal.

To be fair the linesman couldnt see it from his angle it was one of those things as the ball was coming back down the second time it was on the line and thats probably what he saw if that. But England are officially the underdogs in this match and they always perfrom better when they are the underdogs I think England can come back and win this i really do.
