Yes I know that Liberty City is over but this is just a fanfic and just for fun. But I must say I'm very proud of this as I took two months just to do this. I will appreciate some feedback to help improve this topic. It is still work in progress so yeah this is just the beginning of an epic fanfic.

WELCOME BACK TO LIBERTY CITY

The city that never sleeps also never stops crime. The American Dream may have been lived but in the end, the dream was also a nightmare. Do you choose senseless murder and big fortunes over much deserved respect and meaningful loyalties or do you abandoned the only thing you're good at just to be with those you cared and cherised your entire life? This is how Tyler Barry sees the American f*cking Dream.

 

 

 

 

2 years have passed since the events of IV and Liberty City has changed.

In Grand Theft Auto V: New Liberty, you play as Tyler Mickey, a cop who just appeared to be a cop. The gun, badge and uniform did not mean anything about him. On the outside, a corrupted cop who took bribes every time he got the chance. On the inside, an even more corrupted criminal of the Irish Mob personally recruited by Gerald Mcreary to train and get into the LCPD for snitching around.

 

In 2008, Tyler was caught giving information to Gerald by Detective Randy Matthews, who shared a mutual hatred with Tyler. Facing a heavy sentenced to prison, Tyler gave infomartion to Detective Matthews about Gerald to lower his sentenced in prison to two years. This eventually led to Gerald's arrest and he threatened Tyler of killing him once he got out. Tyler also proceeded to the Alderny State Correctional Facility to spend his two years. Two years of cowering in fear of Gerald seeking his revenge.

 

Fast forward two years later and it's 2010. Tyler has been released and was approached by the Assassination Society. Niko Bellic, now one of the most powerful men in Liberty City, hands Tyler a number belonging to a person only known as 'The Fixer'. The Fixer had organized plenty of headlining assassinations including 9 of Niko's assassinations. With no job, no money and an Irish Mob gunning him down, Tyler had to accept the offer and begin a life of an hired gun.

 

After many 'clients' Tyler had dealt with, other gangs and even The Gambettis approached Tyler for his 'skills'. Tyler is soon caught in a cycle of blood money and it had involved his sister, Melina Mickey, his only family in Liberty City. Tyler then realized all the killings had to be stopped one day.

 

The Golden Truck

Anybody who's involved in the criminal underworld of Liberty City was gunning down for this truck. The truck contained a truckload of gold blocks smuggled from Africa to Liberty City by Claude Wome. Those gold blocks cost will inherit anyone with a lifetime of fortune. Claude Wome smuggled it into Liberty City to look for some buyers. The truck was immediately hijacked when it was unloaded from a ship called The Wet Dream. Claude was furious and called the Assassination Society for help. The Fixer was informed of this and tasked Niko Bellic and Tyler Mickey to retrieve the truck back. However the Fixer had different plans for the truck and planned to look for a buyer himself to rip off Claude. This cause Tyler to be in the middle of the The Golden Truck.

 

The Envelope

No one knew what was in the envelope but all Tyler knew was that it was causing an internal dispute in the Gambetti Family. Ever since Sonny Botino had come out of hiding after Jon Gravelli's funeral, Roy Zito had been trying to get his hands on an envelope that was sent by Jon Gravelli Jr from prison when his father died. Roy found out that the envelope was missing before he could even opened it when Sonny had made his first appearance into the Gambetti Family after a long time in hiding. Assuming Sonny stole it, Roy hired Tyler to execute Sonny and retrieved the envelope before anyone else reads it. But what Roy did not know was that Sonny hired Tyler to do exactly the same thing. It was up to Tyler to determine who was to be the new head of the Gambetti Family and found out the mystery of what the hell was in the envelope.

Tyler Mickey

"I was a bad cop once, now I'm a bad assassin. sh*t still feels the same."

Protagonist of the game.

He was a close accomplice to Gerald Mcreary being his right hand man in the Irish Mob. Gerald even depended on Tyler to take care of his family if anything had ever happened to Gerald (That role was later depended on Niko Bellic). Tyler's father was a highly regarded cop but he was shot during a drug raid on the Triads. It was easy for Tyler to get into the Liberty City Police Academy and gained a very shiny badge. Arrests for the Irish Mob during Tyler's 'career' decreased as Tyler made sure that the law did not even touched them. He was a snitch for Gerald and the Irish Mob. By day, he raided crack dens and arrested low-life thugs with nothing to lose. By night, an Irish outlaw drinking and jacking cars with the Irish Mob. As if making money as a cop and a criminal was not enough, Tyler sold guns that were confiscated from criminals to other gangs of Liberty City. After being caught selling guns to the Hillside Posse by Detective Randy Matthews, he gave Tyler a choice, go to prison for a long time or give information on Gerald Mcreary and do a shorter two year stretch in the joint. He agreed and swore never to step near the Irish Mob again with Gerald feeling betrayed and wanting revenge.

 

After the two years in prison, Tyler was suffering even more than he did in prison. The police had kicked him out and the Irish Mob was following Gerald's orders of not associating with him. Tyler was picked up from prison by his sister, Melina Mickey, by her Sabre GT. Melina would inform him that his apartment had been burned down in Dukes and suspected the Irish Mob of doing it. Melina offered a room of her apartment to Tyler and he agreed as he had no other choice. The apartment resides in Alderny City and it has a small television, a newspaper updated daily and a room with a bed to save the game. Only one room is not enterable in-game, which is Melina's bedroom.

 

Tyler then had a knock on his door and it was Niko Bellic. Niko did not say a word and just handed him a card. The card had a number on it and on the other side a name entitled, 'The Fixer'. Tyler went on to call the number and the man on the phone, who only introduces himself as the Fixer, gave him the opportunity to work for the Assassination Society, it's an organization that carried out 'clients' offers of executing people that needed to be. He soon got other job offers for other members in the Assassination Society and even Niko Bellic. With no money, no job and nowhere to go, Tyler accepted, not knowing the sh*t that was going to pile on him. After many 'clients' Tyler had dealt with, other gangs and even The Gambettis approached Tyler for his 'skills'. Tyler is soon caught in a cycle of blood money and it had involve his sister, Melina Mickey, his only family in Liberty City.

 

 

Melina Mickey

"I just cooked the meat, my brother kills them."

Tyler's sister.

Melina, or 'Mel' for short, owned a small diner just under her apartment. She utterly disagrees with Tyler's criminal life but agreed that he did not had any other choice. Young, beautiful and a body like no other women in Alderny, one can imagined her diner being packed with a bunch of dirty guys trying to get a good look at her. Tyler did not like this and would chase off anyone who dared touch her. She appreciates him for getting rid of stalkers and even offered him a part-time job in the diner (This will eventually be a side-activity.). However, when the Korean Mob starts to harass Melina and her diner, trying to earn protection money, it was Tyler to the rescue.

 

Tyler can hang out with Melina and even though she's a girl, he can't f*ck her. She's the sister goddammit! But he can still bring her to the strip club to see a 'show'.

 

 

Niko Bellic

"I lived through the American Dream, but at what cost?"

The right hand man.

A hired gun in the past, Niko was in a classic tale of revenge when someone closed to him died at the hands of the Pegorinos and Dimitri. With both gone, Niko gathered his blood money earning to rebuild the Taxi Depot in Hove Beach. With the bank money and the new income from the Taxi Depot, Niko was one of the most powerful men in Liberty City. No one dared to f*ck with him. However, the Taxi Depot was not enough to overcome the pain of the death of the loved one. He figured something was missing from his new life and it was killings. With all his enemies dead, he gave the Fixer a call, hoping an assassination attempt would be offered to him. The Fixer, having trusted Niko on 9 different assassination attempts, offered a high ranking spot in the Assassination Society. Soon after, Niko was back on the road of blood. Kills after kills, Niko finally felt something but not sure what was it. Although the American Dream had already been presented to him, he really did not know what it actually meant.

 

Tyler can hang out with Niko. Getting drunk with Niko would allow Tyler to listen to his past killings, such as the execution of Dimitri and the sniper shot on one of the Mcreary Brothers. Being on a good relationship with Niko will have Tyler get a free taxi ride by just phoning Niko for a cab.

 

 

Wade 'The Fixer' Johnson

"If you are good at killing, you might as well make a living out of it."

The Voice.

Tyler's new boss. No one would ever see him nor know him. The only way to make contact with 'The Fixer' was through the wire. He's the top of every single wanted list. FIB, NOOSE and a rival agency are trying to take him down. This may seemed impossible as the Fixer has never been seen before. He usually gives calls to important members of the Assassination Society which were Niko, Phil Bell and some other guys. Tyler has joined in the mix and was one of the Fixer's best killers being a former cop and all.

 

Seeing Tyler as a trusted associate, the Fixer entrusted him with an important task which was to take care of his daughter if anything had happened to him. Although the Fixer was always in hiding, his daughter, Kelly Johnson, is free to live about like a normal person.

 

The Fixer would be the one to call to if you Tyler feels like speaking to somebody, similar to Roman and Angus in IV. Tyler can also call him for minor assassination missions which acts as a side activity.

 

 

Kelly Johnson

"Although my dad doesnt do the deeds, he's still a murderer."

The Lover.

When the Fixer tasked Tyler to oversee Kelly when she was going to the mall, Tyler grew suspicious of what the Fixer may have thought of what was going to happen to her. Tyler tailed Kelly and noticed a car following her. When she got to the mall, a couple of thugs from the rival agency of the Fixer kidnapped her and shove her into their trunk. Tyler quickly gave chase and managed to kill both of them. He rescued Kelly and was immediately love at first sight for him.

 

Kelly is working as a nurse and she despises her father's job. She loves the nightlife of Liberty City and keeps persuading Tyler to take her dancing. She encourages Tyler to stop his killings once and for all and focused on the real life. Kelly will be one of the key characters towards the ending.

 

Tyler can give her a call to go out on a date. Being on a good relationship with her will have Tyler get free medical treatment.

 

 

Phil Bell

"Oh look, a fed. Let’s f*cking get out of here!"

The Middle Man.

After the fall of the Pegorinos, Phil Bell volunteered to be a part of the Assassination Society. The Fixer gladly offered due to the past work that Phil had done for him. Phil handles all the profit coming in and it’s in charge of the Waste Management that was once owned by the Pegorinos. The Assassination Society uses the Waste Management as a disguised to hide their guns in rubbish trucks. Besides the Assassination Society, Phil also finds business in the Honkers, a strip club he owns. Phil is currently trying to regain custody of his two children from his ex-wife while busy planning a marriage with Angie Pegorino.

 

Tyler can go to the Waste Management Depot to buy guns for a cheaper price or to transport a rubbish truck packed with guns to a ‘client’.

 

 

Gordon Sargeant

"Hey big mouth, don’t make me shoot you."

The Fellow Irish.

Tyler’s childhood friend. Gordon and Tyler have been tight since they were kids. In their childhood, they were always together shoplifting wherever they go and even if one of them was caught, they were never rat out on each other. Although Tyler was banished by Gerald out of the Irish Mob, Gordon still remained in contact with Tyler. Since only 3 important members of the Irish Mob remained, who are Packie, Gordon and Gerald, Gordon welcomed Tyler back into the Irish Mob since Packie had gone off somewhere and Gerald was in prison. Gordon did this without the approval with Gerald but he didn’t care because he was already on bad terms with Gerald.

 

Tyler can hang out with him. Being on a good relationship with Gordon will have Tyler being delivered guns from Gordon to buy at a cheaper price.

 

 

 

Gerald Mcreary

"I trusted you, it seemed I made a mistake."

The Caged Fury.

Gerald entrusted Tyler on many occasions being his rat in the LCPD. When Tyler caused him to go to prison, he took an oath to kill Tyler after all the things they had been through together.

 

 

Rami Yalon

"You’re a good killer, but I’m better."

The Other Gun.

Although already approaching in his fifties, Rami never stops doing what he does best which was killing. Only a few hire him to execute somebody due to the fact that he charges a very high price. The only people hiring him were Kenny Petrovic, the Gambettis and he works with the Assassination Society occasionally.

 

 

Kenny Petrovic

"SLICE OF HIS HEAD THEN BRING HIM TO ME ALIVE!"

The Fearmonger.

The kingpin of Russian Organized Crime, no one dares to f*ck with him. Kenny’s wife has filed a divorce and this makes Kenny rage’s even more terrifying. Being introduced to him by Gordon, Tyler did a few favors for Kenny since the kingpin supplied the Irish Mob with some heroin. When Kenny started going out of control all of a sudden, he ordered Rami to kill his now ex-wife. Rami gladly accepted but Tyler completely disagreed with this. Kenny was outraged when Tyler stood up to him and began questioning his loyalty. Tyler soon had to watch an innocent woman shot in the head as he did not wanted to piss off Kenny.

 

 

Roy Zito

"This is a time when I wish Mr.Gravelli was still alive."

The Next King.

Ever since the death of Jon Gravelli, the fate of the Gambettis now lies upon the hands of the new boss, Roy Zito. So far, he had been keeping the family away from the law and has been earning good profits for the family. But with Sonny Botino coming out of hiding, the leadership of the family is battled out between the both of them. And when an envelope written by Jon Gravelli and sent by his son appeared out of nowhere, Tyler is hired to settle the situation and determine who truly deserved to sit on the throne for the Gambettis.

 

 

Sonny Botino

"This is my family!"

The Black Knight.

Things were peaceful for the Gambettis but when Sonny showed up, it started to go haywire with the envelope and the fued between him and Roy Zito. Tyler suspects him of being jealous of Roy but tried not to mention it to him as Sonny was a very ruthless man.

 

 

Paul Jackman

"If you shoot better, I will drive faster!"

The Getaway Driver.

Paul is Tyler’s entrusted driver. He was one of the best drivers in the Assassination Society and he even saw the Fixer once but from afar. He owns a garage which can be used to mod vehicles. Although regarded as one of the best drivers, Paul feels like he was on the outside of the Assassination Society. The Fixer never gives him big assassination missions and Paul complains that the Fixer doesn’t give him that because he had seen him before.

 

Tyler can hang out with him. Being on a good relationship with him can have Tyler calling him to deliver a vehicle.

 

 

Lenny Newton

"Let’s have ourselves a shooting contest."

The Sidekick.

Lenny has been in the Assassination Society for six years and is jealous of Tyler achieving a high ranking position in just a short amount of time. Despite this, they formed a good friendship and are always having friendly rivalries. When Tyler needs a friend at hand, he would always have Lenny.

 

Tyler can hang out with him. Being on a good relationship with him can have Tyler calling him for backup. Lenny will arrive with two other guys from the Assassination Society to provide you extra gun power.

 

 

Yusuf Amir

"We're getting Arab Money!"

The Crazy Bling.

Tyler is introduced to Yusuf by Kelly. Yusuf wants Tyler to be his part-time bodyguard as he fears someone had put a price on his head. Although timid like a mouse, Yusuf is never shy to spend his money on sh*t he doesn't even need. Yusuf now owns the newly opened casino in Upper Alderny and has a garage that specialises in the colour gold. Bring any type of vehicle to the garage and the colour will be sprayed into gold.

 

 

Ethan Weston

"This is a white world my friend."

The Violent Dictator.

Head of the Skinheadz, Ethan can consider himself as the king of thugs. He agreed with the FIB to be an informant to keep himself and the gang safe from the law. Even local enforcement dare not look into the eye of him. Ethan is a very wise man who executes his crimes clean and aggressively. He can always be seen wearing the finest suits in the city but underneath the suits lies tattoos of an angry white man.

Although Tyler's phone has a camera, a digital camera can be bought and is able to save pictures you have taken. You can view the pictures in the gallery section of the pause menu.

 

Tyler can interact with any ped in Liberty City. Once you get to know the ped more, you will learn his or her name and the ped's number will be stored in Tyler's phonebook. This is an important aspect of the game as you can developed relationships or on some occasions, 'The Fixer' may tasked you on killing the ped.

 

The wanted system has been tweaked to enable more challenging gameplay. The radius meter is still in the game and going out of the radius still lets you escape from the cops. However, there are more methods to escape the cops while in the radius. One of the methods is called Hiding, this works by staying out of sight in the radius for an amount of time. The higher your wanted level is, the longer you have to stay out of sight. Another method is called Vehicle Swap, this works by ditching your vehicle which has been chased by the cops and jacking another vehicle unseen. This enables the cops to track down your old vehicle while you drive freely with your new one.

 

Besides new escaping methods, the tactics of the LCPD has grown more difficult. They will sometimes shoot tear gas or use stealth tactics to get to Tyler.

 

A respect system for gangs is a crucial element of the game. You can get respect from a gang by either taking out their rival gang members or prevent cops from arresting them. Once you gained their respect, they will help you out if you are being chased by the cops or being attacked by other gang members.

 

A newspaper which appears at any of the safehouses can be read. The news will changed daily and will even headlined some of your actions. For example, blew up a car in Star Junction, an article will be reporting about a terrorism act in Star Junction.

 

A new disarm method will be introduced in the game. Unlike IV where you can only disarm melee weapons, you can now disarm firearms too. Have Tyler unarmed and punch the enemy. Once a red got reticule appears, pull the right trigger to grab the enemy's weapon.

 

Stealth will be a key part of gameplay. Crouching will now make you move silently. Each melee weapon has it's own stealth execution. For example, the knife will be used similiarly to how it was use in San Andreas while the crowbar can be used to smash through the enemy's skull. Stealth executions differs on the position of the enemy. Tyler can also crack an enemy's neck or take a human hostage if the heat gets rough.

 

 

 

To keep you up to date with what happened during the 2 years between IV and V, here's WEAZEL NEWS.

 

Ever since with the fall of the Pegorinos and the end of the Alderny Chapter of the Lost MC, gangs have been causing chaos to gain control over Alderny. The Korean Mob is looking to expand its businesses even further while the Gunthugs MC has been trying to take over an Alderny turf that once belonged to the Lost MC.

 

 

Iggy Pop has been kicked out of Liberty Rock Radio after showing up to work drunk and naked. With a big "f*ck you!', he left the station and created his own radio station, Rock Zone.

 

 

The Skinheads, a newly formed white supremacist gang, have been trying to take over Bohan. It has been become one of the fearest gangs in Liberty City. Edited August 9, 2010 by mrpain

Dawn of A New Liberty

Mission Giver: Melina Mickey

 

Fresh from prison, Tyler is picked up by Melina in her Sabre GT. Tyler volunteered himself to drive and Melina agreeed. She asked him to drive back to her apartment after informing him that Gerald Mcreary had burned down his apartment. While driving to the apartment, Melina offered Tyler a job at her diner that resides just below her apartment. Tyler said he might considered it to get out the life of crime he had struggled as a cop and a thug. Once Tyler has reached the apartment, Melina asked Tyler to drop by the diner for work.

Mission Passed: No Reward+Safehouse Now Available

 

 

 

 

Chasing Ducks

Mission Giver: Melina Mickey

 

Before heading into the diner, Tyler accidentally bumped into a Korean guy who told him, "Heading into the diner huh? The babe in there is pretty hot." Tyler punched him in the face and spat on him while saying, "That babe is my sister asshole." After heading greeting Melina in the diner, Melina returned Tyler's phone to him. She asked him to look after the diner while she headed up to the apartment to collect some things. Tyler has now the option to either cook in the diner by the Waiter mini-game or just wait for Melina. A minute later, Melina will called Tyler informing him of Korean goons standing outside the diner. Once Tyler hang up, he was immediately knocked on the head by one of the three Korean guys who stormed through the diner. One of them was the guy Tyler punched when he was about to head into the diner. That Korean thug shouted, "That's the bitch who hit me!" The three thugs tried to intimidate Tyler but he just stood his ground. Tyler then must fight with them hand-to-hand. Once he had knocked out two of them, the third guy will run off and Tyler will chase him. The Korean thug will run into an alley and climbed onto a ladder leading to the rooftop of Melina's apartment. Tyler will finally caught up with him on the rooftop and have a last brawl with him. After knocking him out, Tyler threathened him that he will throw his body over the rooftop but Melina just came in time to persuade him not to. The Korean thug then ran off like a coward.

Mission Passed: Reward $100

 

 

 

 

A Little Message

Mission Giver: Melina Mickey

 

While working in the diner, Tyler noticed an Eastern European man sitting in the diner constantly staring at him. The man went over to Tyler and dropped a bullet onto his feet. The man quickly left and Tyler followed him cautiously. The man went in an alley and got into his car. He started his car and Tyler thought he was going to run him over so he quickly dodged aside. The man then stopped his car beside him and ordered him to get into his car. He told him his name was Niko Bellic and was interested in Tyler's talents. He told Tyler that he knew he was a corrupted cop before and ratted out Gerald Mcreary to save his own ass. Niko asked Tyler's help and he offered money for the help. Tyler agreed and Niko instructed him to drive to a small building in Acter. Once he reached there, Niko told Tyler to get ready as he needed a quick escape. After a few minutes, Tyler heard gunshots and immediately panic. He drove off in a hurry leaving Niko behind and went back into the apartment. Once he reached the apartment, Tyler will get a call from Niko who sounded furious as Tyler did not waited for him. Niko informed Tyler of the Assassination Society and Tyler suddenly got interested when he heard Niko mentioning big sums of money involved. He told Tyler that a card with an address on it will be slipped through his apartment door. The address will lead Tyler to the Assassination Society HQ.

Mission Passed: Reward $150

 

 

 

Upon completion of A Little Message, Tyler will havea choice of two missions for him, Don't Run With Knives and Welcome To The Society.

 

 

 

Don't Run With Knives

Mission Giver: Melina Mickey

 

Tyler will enter the diner only to hear noises in the kitchen. He quickly ran over to the kitchen as soon he heard Melina screaming for help. He finds the same three Korean guys and two other Korean guys harassing her. Two of them challenged him to a brawl and Tyler accepted. After knocking out both of them, the three others ran to their car and Tyler got into Melina's Sabre GT. She quickly got into the car of realizing Tyler was going to do something stupid. Tyler will have to chase them until they crash in an alleyway. Melina will persuade Tyler to stay in the car and let it go but he refuses and got out of the car. One of them will run towards him with a knife. A tutorial will be given on how to disarm an enemy. After disarming and killing the guy, another one of them will challenged him and Tyler must killed him. After doing so, Tyler will have the option to either spare the last guy or executing him with the knife. After making the choice, Melina will asked Tyler to calm down and drive her back to the diner. During the journey, a conversation with her will begin.

Melina: Jesus, Tyler. I thought you've escaped the life of crime.

Tyler: Yeah, well the life of crime likes to run into me.

Melina: Well, we're certainly f*cked now my deranged brother. The Korean Mob controls Alderny City and look where my diner is at, Alderny City!

Tyler: Then the Korean Mob will have me and a f*ckload of kitchen ware to be dealt with. I won't let any asshole touch you.

Melina: Yeah, thanks for that. If it wasn't for you, those assholes would have probably ass-raped me hard.

 

Once the destination has been reached, Tyler will dropped off Melina and she will thanked him again for saving her.

 

Mission Passed: Reward $150

 

 

 

 

Welcome To The Society

Mission Giver: Niko Bellic

 

The address that Niko had given to Tyler was a Waste Management Facility. Tyler will be greeted by Niko and will be asked to be driven to Tudor. Once they've reached, Niko will instruct Tyler to stand near a payphone. The payphone will ring and Tlyer answers it to hear a dark voice on the other line. He mentioned his name was the Fixer and welcomed Tyler to the Assassination Society. The Fixer will say he's very interested in working with Tyler in the future and wants him to do an assassination right away. He wants a drug dealer who is protected by his bodyguards to be killed quietly. If Don't Run With Knives has not been completed, Niko will hand over a knife to Tyler. He must then drive with Niko to the drug dealer's apartment. The building where it is held is a 5 storey building heavily guarded. A tutorial on stealth gameplay will be shown. Once all of the bodyguards and the drug dealer is dead, Niko will congratulate Tyler on a job well done.

Old Friend, Old Problems

Mission Giver: Gordon Sargeant

 

Right after Don't Run With Knives/Welcome To The Society are completed, Tyler would receive a text message. The message just reads, "Old friend here, meet me at the ol' pub." Tyler would comment on the message saying that Gordon Sargeant is his old friend. Tyler is to drive to the Steinway Beer Garden to meet Gordon. Once he reached there, Gordon would welcome his old friend back home. He would ask Tyler to drive him somewhere and a conversation would occur during the drive.

Gordon: Tyler, it's been too f*ckin' long!

Tyler: Yeah, well I'm actually surprised you're happy I'm here, given the bullsh*t with Gerald and the crew. Say, what the f*ck happened to Packie?

Gordon: f*ck even I do not know where that fella went. Oh and about that Gerald sh*t, seriously don't think hard about it. You have always been like a brother to me Ty, and with Gerald locked up, you can bet the mates in the mob would be okay to see you

Tyler: Great, and when Gerald gets out, he's gunning me down with those mates. Leadership is fearful ain't it?

Gordon: Aye brother. Just drive into this corner right here. See that diner? Let's rob it, I'm already broke to death here.

Tyler: You never change, don't you? You know I promised my sis I wouldn't walk into the life of crime, but I guess I need the cash anyway.

 

Tyler received a handgun from Gordon and they both robbed the diner. A robbery tutorial would be shown. After robbing the diner, both must escaped the cops by escaping the police radar. After this is done, Gordon would tell Tyler to meet up again for another job.

Strip Club

While Tyler's friend go enjoy the public show, he can approach any strippers awaiting in line for a private dance. The reopened Bahama Mamas has just turned into a strip club after the shootout that closed it down. However the place expects some expensive guests. Expect to pay much just for a single dance.

Comedy Act

Can't make your friend giggle? Bring your friend to a comedy club to have a laugh. The comedians at Split Sides are Conan O'Brien and Chris Rock. While at the Superstar Cafe, the comedians are Lazlow and Wanda Sykes.

Musical Act

Feel like listening to some sweet tunes with your friend? Head over to a concert to experience some live music. Here's the list of gigs:

The Iggy Show

Head over to Middle Park to attend the Iggy Show, the place for classic rock! Bands include ACDC, Iron Maiden and Iggy Pop himself!

Liberty Underground

Head over to Castle Garden to experience some underground artists with some kick-ass songs. Acts include Pathos, HushPuppies and more artists born and bred in Liberty City.

Cabaret Club

Fancy some good old country music? The Cabaret Club in Hove Beach is well supplied of country. Just don't pissed off the Russians Gangsters sitting next to you.

Night Club

Feel like dancing to some electronic beats? The Night Club scene has never been better in Liberty City. While Massionate 9 and Hercules still remained the hotspots for Night Club entertainment, other popular clubs includes the Holland Groove and the Vinewood Nights located at Star Junction.

Drinking

What's friendship without alcohol? Just try to manage to stay on your feet after you've been wasted. Not too mention the cops trying to stop you from drink driving.

Food

Starving? Well look around, there are tons of fast food and restaurants around in Liberty City.

Darts

The classic game of darts.

Basketball

There are lots of basketball courts in Liberty City, why not go slamdunking with your friend?

Air Hockey

No hockey court in Liberty City? That's fine as you might as well play Air Hockey. Just don't sprain that arm.

Pool

Hitting balls with long sticks is always fun with a friend. The pool cue can later be used as a melee weapon.

Bowling

Feel like cooking a turkey?

Golf

Swing! The only golf course in Liberty City has no holes in it so aim accurately for the flag. You can use the golf club as a melee weapon after a game.

Gambling

The only legal place to gamble is the Alderny Casino. There are other places to gamble too but they are illegal and a police raid may happen at anytime.

Arcade Games

Head over to the Chinatown Arcade and challenge your friends to a retro game face-off. Games included are QUB3D and Pizza-Man, a parady of Pac-Man.

 

 

 

Fight Club

Strictly hand-to-hand combat only, Fight Club is a place where thugs battle out each other in an all-out brawl. Tyler can either participate in Fight Club or bet on which fighter is going to win. There are a total of 4 Fight Clubs in Liberty City, each with it's different opponents.

Firefly Projects Fight Club

Opponents here are usually from the M.O.B or the Skinheads. Don't expect such a big payout from betting in this Fight Club.

North Holland Fight Club

Opponents here are usually from the Angels of Death MC, Triads or the North Holland Hustlers. This is the only Fight Club that allows the use of melee weapons. There's a very surprise competitor at the very last round.

Prison Fight Club

The Alderny State Correctional Facility is home to some of the dangerous criminals. So what better place to test out the full strength in you by facing against the convicts. The admission fee is very high as the guards won't let you in that easily.

Steinway Beer Garden Brawl

Although not exactly a Fight Club, drink as much as you can and go have drunken brawl with other Irish guys.

Assassination Contracts

Give 'The Fixer' a call and he will tasked Tyler with a target to take out. Some targets will have some protection while others must be killed without no witnesses.

Races

This game would not be called Grand Theft Auto is there were no races to enjoy.

Stunt Challenges

ProLaps has introduce Liberty Xtreme, an event where dangerous stunts are performed. Tyler can participate in this event at certain locations.

Diner Job

Tyler can waiter in his sister's diner as a part-time job. Don't let the customers wait too long!

Gang Wars

Tyler can help out Gordon Sargeant with Gang Wars in a certain point in the story. Gang Wars is where you need to eliminate other gangs that are a threat to the Irish Mob. Tyler will be accompanied by Gordon and two other members of the Irish Mob. These two members will work the same way as the Gang Wars for the Lost and Damned. Protect you members and they will grow even stronger.

Car Thefts

Like Stevie in GTA IV, Paul will text Tyler of a vehicle he wants stolen. Find it, jack it and deliver the vehicle to him to earn a nice sum of money.

Public Transport

Once Tyler has a public transport vehicle (Taxi, Bus, Subway Train), he can picked up peds who are in need of public transportation and earn a nice fee in return.

Robberies

Tyler can either called Gordon or Lenny to execute a robbery. Whether it's a bank or a Burget Shot, just be happy with the cash you get for the robbery. Beware of the LCPD though.

Photo Opportunities

The photo taking side mission from San Andreas is back! After Tyler has received the Camera, he will be able to take photos all around Liberty City. Tyler will need to take specific photos around Liberty City to achieve 100%.

The Assassination Society

 

Although not exactly a gang and more like an agency, the Assassination Society is one of the most powerful crime syndicates in the criminal underworld of Liberty City. Led by the secretive ‘Fixer’, they take orders from him through calls from payphones around Port Tudor, Alderny. Despite being known for assassinations, most of the citizens of Liberty City have no clue who are they. This is because the Fixer wants them to remain underground only and not to create too much attention. Although they usually hang around in the lower parts of Alderny, their ‘business’ are usually carried out in Liberty City. On some occasions, they may explore new opportunities to earn more profit such as drug dealing or helping out other gangs.

The Fixer likes to hire criminals who are good at killing and have nothing to die for. One such example is Niko Bellic, who volunteered himself to the Assassination Society after all the depression he had been through. Members such as Phil Bell doesn't do the dirty work but instead oversee it. Other members include Paul Jackman and Lenny Newton.

Tyler Mickey was personally chosen by the Fixer as he see him as a bright future for the Society. But when Tyler starts dating the daughter of the Fixer, Kelly, the Fixer starts raising concerns over their relationship as it may conflict with the Assassination Society.

 

 

 

Irish Mob

 

The Irish Mob's lucky pot has been left empty ever since the fall of the Mcrearys. Gerald's in prison, a sniper assassination on one of the brothers, Kate's absence from the family and the dissapearance of Packie lowered the standards of the gang even more. The only important member left is Gordon Sargeant and Gerald has tasked him of controlling the sinking ship while he's in prison. Gordon doesn't like the way Gerald handles situations as he labelled him as an out of control freak. Gerald made a strict rule that the Irish Mob must cut all ties with Tyler after putting him in prison. However, Gordon and most of the Irish Mob members disagreed on this as Gerald was the one who brought Tyler into trouble in the first place. This causes an internal dispute between Gerald and Gordon.

Once Gang Wars are available, Tyler can go with Gordon and two other Irish Mob members to take out a gang. The two Irish Mob members works the same way as the Lost and Damned Gang Wars Members.

 

 

 

Skinheadz

 

A gang that was formed in the events between IV and V, the Skinheadz is a white supremacist gang that hates the way crime is being dealt with in Liberty City. Shortly after they were formed, they soon brought terror into the streets by selling drugs and guns no one else could get. They will not hesitate to kill anyone who isn’t their color. Their being led by Ethan Weston, whom on the outside wears a hand-tailored suit with cash in all his pockets but on the inside, Nazi tattoos and an oath to eliminate each black, brown or yellow person in the world. Although hated by the other gangs, the Commission finds them useful for causing chaos among the gangs. Roy Zito of the Gambetti Family likes to whisper out rumors of gangs making fun of the Skinheadz. Once the word reaches out to them, they strike the gang with anger without even any evidence. This enlists them as one of the most feared gangs in Liberty City.

 

 

 

The Lost MC Broker Chapter

 

With the absence of the Lost MC Alderny Chapter, the Broker Chapter has lost it’s protection and is losing men to the violent gang wars against the Angels of Death MC. With little profit coming in, the club has to take desperate measures to protect themselves. They got into the drug business by helping out the African-American gang, M.O.B. With the drug money coming in, the feds have been raising their attention on them. The Lost MC has really gone lost.

 

 

 

Angels of Death MC

 

The AoD MC is still fighting the war against the Lost MC but this time against the Broker Chapter. They now have one of the highest drug trades in Liberty City.

 

 

 

Gunthugs MC

 

The ‘Brother club’ of the Lost MC, they specialize in selling guns as their name suggests. With the Alderny Chapter of the Lost MC gone, they have been able to expand their businesses and territories in Alderny. They are dangerously armed and will kill anyone who f*cks with them.

 

 

 

Alongquin Triads

 

Although they have fallen through the time period of IV and V, they’re still surviving and has one of the most protected drug dealing business in Liberty City..

 

 

Petrovic Family

 

With Kenny Petrovic in charge, they are one of the most wanted gangs in Liberty City. Kenny’s rage has gone out of control and the Russian Mafia are left to pick up the pieces. Tyler is introduced to Kenny by Gordon who then tasked him with some jobs he needed to be done. Another man hired by Kenny is Rami Yalon who seems to have suspicious temptations of overthrowing Kenny.

 

 

 

M.O.B

 

Minor African-American gang, they just spawn around Broker and Dukes.

 

 

 

North Holland Hustlers

 

The gang is in a civil dispute due to death that involved Playboy X and Dwayne Forge. Niko will mention them in one of the friends’ activities.

 

 

 

Hillside Posse

 

The Jamaican gang of Liberty City. They have been making profit from selling crack to local drug pushers. However, the Triads ain’t too happy with their business and are trying to eliminate their business. Niko will ask Tyler to help them in a certain point of the story.

 

 

 

Los Banditos

 

The Mexican Gang of Purge Island. Although they have been under the radar from the law, the recruitment of illegal immigrants as gang members caught the law's eye and therefore stated them as a violent gang with dumb causes. They will do anything for money so make sure you don't even stand close to them as you might find yourself pickpocketed.

The background behind the whole story that you situate it in is amazing! Although did not like the part where Niko gets bored at life and becomes a hitman instead

 

Love to see that you wanted the new Camaro SS implemented it's design is flaweless in my opinion atleast, and you have made me satisfied atleast by adding 'Robin' (UH-1 Iroquois 'Huey' from Vietnam) as a helicopter, it's a really nice heli!

 

Weapon-wise: Really nice seeing a silent gun again just stealth killing someone is quite nice! (I am not a psycho.. O_O)

I love the extended map! bohan will now be alot more fun to explore on if this does go through. One mistake to the map on brookyln though, to many entrane and exits for the airport. I love the new helipad idea at helitours also maybe extend charge and colony island otherwise they will remain no fun at all. Just a few things that you could edit but 5/5!

@Barnes: I need the 'more Ghetto' for the new gang Skinheadz, but if you want a countryside, expect it in the future. The story is one of the biggest thing I've done but the story is actually by a GTA IV machinma called the Bad Assassin. Go watch it, it's very funny.

Also, I actually have no idea what a Camaro SS or a UH-1 Iroquois is. I just go to Google Images and type 'Muscle Cars' or 'Military Helicopter' and pick the best I like.

 

@OffixerJohnston: The helipad idea at helitours was actually an accident. I was just messing around the map by adding random circles in it and tada, the helipads were born.

Nice ideas. I just took a quick look at this topic, but I really liked what I saw. I could imagine having Niko as a friend.

 

Although the next GTA is 100% unlike to be Liberty City, it's very possible that we'll see it again, and that's what it should like.

 

One thing that needs some improvement is the map though. I liked the addition you made to Alderney and the side Liberty islands, but I always thought Algonquin needed to be a little closer to New York's Manhattan. If you want, I may work on something on it for you.
