BWARazor Posted May 17, 2010 Share Posted May 17, 2010 hehe first of all thanks ( for the scar ), yeah , you´re right exporting is ANNOYING and SUCKS because it takes years till you got it, but thats just the first time, if you know how to do it right etc. the next time you will need 10 mins for this i didn´t say it´s " no work" to do the conversion of a model to the game, but i just said i don´t think it´s an own mod when you convert someones model, that´s all , and if you do a nice texture on it, i would change my opinion for sure, but right now i have to say that you just brought the weapon of someone ingame , and it´s actually his work, i mean if i would give you my scar to convert, it would by my mod, with your help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thanks for feedback, expect a full proper re-texture soon (I have IGCSE exams now so I can't work much on the FAMAS), but soon I will. I will use edited photo textures. EDIT: RollY just finished making his awesome custom icon for the gun! A version with custom icon will soon be available on GTAGarage! Hahaha, oh wow. I can CLEARLY tell this is not the model in the Turbosquid link - that one is way thinner, way more inaccurate, is a Famas F1 instead of a G2 this is, different magazine and so on. Even though you changed the textures, you still stole the model. Just delete this thread and be ashamed of yourself. And before you go defending yourself - I, of all people should know that this is the same model, having looked at this model for ~25 hours when texturing it!
