Because, these mods are pretty rare, most of people don't want to download 200 cars, test them, and add 'em themselves, and also: not all of this is just downloaded things, he also converted ALOT of SA mod cars, and as you can see, each car is totally HQ, when most of VC cars mods are poorly made, low quality, sh*ts with white rims. So give him a damn break, you're so annoying, when someone will make simple .dat/.txt/.ide edit and it's his first mod you are like "very great job for a first mod!" but when someones spends FOUR damn MONTHS to collect best mods, get permission for them, test them, add them etc. it's "what a sh*tty job, just some downloaded mods in one, it's not even yours" AND FOR THE LAST, if you don't know nothing then just quit, mod packs are allowed as long as maker gets permissions.

It looks very nice, could be also cool, if you could, by scripting, add even more car spawning at the parking near, when you complete the car stealing list. So, when normally Deluxo would spawn, you could also get maybe a Comet too that spawns in the parking near, (not parking exactly, the Wildcars "street") Also I hope you could change car stealing list texture, too.

Spawning cars ain't a problem to code, but there is allready a garage that you can buy (at airport) with all exotic and tuned cars

What's the point? Completley improved Vice City as we all want that, don't we? ENB, NFS Cars, awsome music HD graphics. Sorry sir, if you don't like it, don't post about it.

 

 

 

Final Closedown: THIS IS FOR FUN PURPOSES ONLY!! I WANTED TO MAKE VICE CITY MODERN, SEXY AND NFS LIKE! Pimp the graphics, tune the mods and make it all together so you GTA people can enjoy it! Fu*k everything if you spam about permissions, I can't get hold reach on the authors almost any of those mails they left are invalid!!!!! Making this all together wasn't easy and all I want now is to enjoy this compilation. Goddamn, some people are just filled with complex issues.

Exactly! But more like 4 YEARS then 4 months... I studied GTA concept of a game so much that only one thing is alien to me- exe itself. Knowledge I collected through this time is really huge and I could literally work in R*. Laugh all you want. I really don't care. I made something special, united beauty into one concept, revived the game with modern look and gave it a whole new life.

 

I just want to share it with you. Don't judge me for that.

I hold not much of such mods, it's as many said, just a mod collection with some improvments.

So cars and some other minor stuff is changed that it fit into 2007, but what about the city and the characters, are they stuck in the 80s?

 

And it's not quite realistic to have only tuned cars or very expensive cars, what about cheap cars?

 

If i see those screen i get a bad feeling, it looks so bright and stupid.

Maybe you should make better ENB Settings...

 

And what about those radio stations, which kind of music will they include, which artists?

 

Also i think you can't release the mod at gtaforums, cause some cars are most likely converted from NFS, which is not allowed here.

 

Another thing i don't understand, why do you make this mod to turn GTA Vice City in NFS, if you easily could play NFS as it is.

Without No-CD peniclin game crashes. Because of the limits for buildings, cars, pointer nodes and stuff that can only be changed by "cured" exe_s. I am not dumb to publish torrent here. Nor will I in any way damage Rockstar with this mod compilation. As a matter of fact, people who's mods are inside will become more famous (credits).

 

People allready love it (here in Serbia they are crazy about my compilation). This will bring Vice on it's legs again as GTA V is coming out soon so people will have more interest in considering buying the next Rockstar release.

Personally i don't want a NFS-like GTA game...

-It's NOT a mod collection. It's an overahaul of a Vice City with MODERN LOOK and accent on tuning cars, racing and extra graphics. That was my dream, I made it possible. And everyone has a right to have its own. GTA Mooding was my way to refresh my Vice.

 

-Tell me how do you build a house? Do you buy all the material and it builds by itself? Or do you need sweating, hardworking, lifting, patching, making stuff together so they are compatible and that you can live in that house? Metaforically speaking, but, you'll understand (if your IQ is high enough)

 

-Map is quite good itself. In BETA I implemented another city, but it crashed alot on missions, so I had to be minimal on map changing. The same story stands behind NPCs. Game seems more unstable with HD peds and crashes sometimes. So I decided to leave the standard ones with only few changed like SWAT, ARMY, Tommy model skins etc...

 

-They are not all tuned dude! Most of them are, that's a fact. But cars are beautful, the balance exists, and I will prove it to you once you download the game.

 

-Bad ENB screens? Lol, maybe bcz I turned DOF on. But I like it that way. Tune it as you wish, ENB is free moddabble, no?

 

-I AM NOT RELEASING IT ON GTA FORUMS. Just presenting my compilation to those who like it. PM for every information by now on.

 

-I love GTA. I love NFS. I love FNF movies. Why don't UNITE THEM?

hehehehehhee. There's the catch. I had several versions. Started all in back old '07. Mod by mod. Then crashing. Meh... Leave it.

 

Then again, enthusiasam for creating it. Modding all, cars, installing and creating maps, texture creating, script changing... UNSTABLE. Damn... Few months brake...

 

Trying to fix them SO HARD and I failed. Tried to find help HERE, no one would. All they do is say: REINSTALL THE GAME. I was desperate. But I never gave up.

 

Started building it up from GROUND 0 3 months ago. Had mods allready in folders and knowledge&experience in my mind. Step by step, really gently I managed to make it perfect without crashing. Finally I was sooo happy, so full of joyce (don't know the word exactly) that I wanted to share my succsess with all other people who like GTA Vice. Tried contacting people (authors), but most of them retired.

 

All I wanted is that my work doesen't fade to darkness so I wanted to SHARE it with as much people as I could. I don't claim the mods mine (some really are), but every single one is edited by me so it becomes better, either it was handling, collision, damage model, texture or whatever....

 

 

 

 

So, I want you to try it. To play it and if you don't like it flame me as long as you want. But you won't. You'll like it. That's all...

OMG, he said he IS collecting permissions, and the music is made by non-licensed DJ's, he haves permission to include it.

The music as seen in that video he posted earlier is definitely licensed music. And if the music is mixed by non-licensed DJ's that does not make the distribution of licensed music legal. His best bet would be to find free music; as far as I know you are allowed to distribute free music for as long as you don't gain any profit.

 

 

Personally i don't want a NFS-like GTA game...

 

I never fancied those kind of mods either. Kinda ruins the game's atmosphere. I prefer GTA cars over real life cars in GTA games.

I really feel sorry for you. You are full of anger and you obviously can't see what I am explaining all this time. Plesae click a refresh button on your brain, cuz I am saying you this last time:

 

I AM NOT USING GTAFORUMS as a marketplace for my compilation because you obviously don't now the basics of marketing. You need a PRODUCT to promote, this is NOT a product, it's like an HD expansion which I want to share with Vice fans. I am just showing people here, the GTA fans, this TC so if they are interested they can contact me and download it. Give suggestions, criticise what could be done better, test it, play it...

 

No rules broken, NO PROFIT GAINED. For God's sake, I even DO A FAVOR those artists which music tracks are in game so they will be heared more and become more famous. THIS IS ALL FOR FUN. Now stfu, you are really annoying with your babycrying comments. You can do better than that.

Mmmm, that would be a niiice idea... I allready raised some mission cash, like in bank you get 500k, when you kill Sonny you get 2 million etc. Yeah, it can be done in a blink of an eye

What I always wanted to see, would be some Garage Car Armor, hard to explain....let's say there's a marker somewhere near the Wildcars, you arrive there while sitting in your car, and the game shows you a message:

Press jump to install Bulletproof material. It cost 25k

Press crouch to install Fireproof material. It costs 10k

 

etc etc, along with explosion proof and damage proof, I hope you understand me, not sure if it's possible. And the "proofs" wouldn't be overriden or they wouldn't "clean" after saving car either.

I allready made that You go to Wildcars interior, stand in a marker and buy an indestructible Lamborghini Gallardo (bulletproof, fireproof, rocket proof etc). It costs $9999 and a girl delivers it in front of the Wildcars.
