GTA Mapmaking

Still working on my map. Have added new roads, some mountain range names, and town/city names. I plan on adding markers for airports, rail, ferries, and do county lines and geographic names as a layer map for people to view. Thank you for looking and comments gladly welcomed.

Pffft im not sure. The town in it was about as big as Portland in gta iii and te countryside/m4 corridor about half the size of Alderney in gta iv.

Mine. In this version of sanandreas. There are 4 cities, with a destroyed city.

- Los Santos (based on LA)

- SanFierro (Based On SF)

- Las Ventures (Based on LV)

- Garcia City (Based on random desert cities)

- Levee Break City (SUNK CITY) (Based on new orleans)

 

 

theres a few easter eggs too. Like redring wing, Yellowlight terrace, etc.

Ive started making a map for a concept thread im making. Its based on Bristol and its surronding area.

the city in 3D. Here's some pictures from the model.

interesting take on it. Reminds me of the map in GTA III's booklet - that was a crazy 3d view.

Yeah I have a habit of making up cities and putting it into Sketchup .

That's why I made like almost 4 cities in the past.

I made a VERY rough map idea of where I think the major roads and areas will be. It's too close to L.A., but I wanted to give my idea of the scope.

 

 

The three colored areas are an idea for how to divide the map; Los Santos city proper is the first zone. Then either the western and northern rural areas or the eastern outlying cities. I know it's not an island and none of it is divided by bodies of water, but I think Rockstar could figure out a way to lock us in without using the old endless water trick.

I put highways on it and change the name of Happiness City to Happy Street to be more short
