Version 0.3

- Created the Everglades-based swamps

- Added Everglades City-based town

- Expanded Vice City southwest adding Little Havana, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and outskirts ( Small town outside of VC based on Homestead, Fl)

The coastal road southeast on the map ( Based on U.S 1 ) will lead to Florida Keys-style islands based on Key West. The central region of the map will be primarily swamp, farmland and wetlands as well as towns based on south-west and central Florida.

Examples include the already included town of Belle Glade, one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S.

 

 

When you finish it, you could easily pass this as a "GTA VI map leak" because it looks so good, something that Rockstar would make.

After Virginia Key, let's update Key Biscayne ! Might not be the defenitive version, but I guess it's fine for now. As you might have noticed, the road will keep going south, through all the other Keys.

I tweaked Key Biscayne a bit and got some work done over Eastern Shores.

So the last map I posted hasn't seen much progress this past month unfortunately, but here's something I've been working on the past few days.

The process for this started a bit differently from usual. I started with laying out all the major roads and highways first (coloured dark blue and red), before getting to work on the smaller, more detailed stuff (dark green).

 

And another thing that's different, the detailing of forested areas and mountains. Colour scheme looks good, might just need to tweak the colour of buildings a bit so they pop out more. The shape of the airport and docks are also bound to change.

 

Just for fun, I tried applying the GTA IV/V colour scheme to it and it actually looks really dope

The light green circles is a placeholder for the Volcanoes which I don't know how to add properly (except Crater Lake of course). The large Island in the North west is still a wip.

Pheonix, The GTA name i gave to it is Jackalope, the City in the South is called San Dario, Parody of San Diego.

awesome, looking at this map actually makes me want this to be the actual map of gta san andreas. you should keep working on this till it has all the 3d gta maps
