hello, waouh you work very fast it's amazing but you don't think the front grip is gonna be a problem for the hand position for the ump45 ?

but very good model, you work very fast it's impressive

You should do it without a front grip. It looks bad + the animation will not fit with the model.

That's good to know. I mean even if it was looking good, it would be strange with the hand position...

Don't worry, most guys are having holidays, that's why this topic is inactive nowadays. I love what I see, too bad I can't run IV yet. Keep your head up whatever happens, otherwise you'd stop soon. Trust me, there are many guys watching this mod who are not registered but will download it once it's ready. It's usually like that smile.gif.

hey why do you say that you are a very good guy and you are polite; most of the other are asshole.

Personly i really like your work and you work fast and i'm waiting your weapons, the gun sig sauer we can download it ?

and the ump45 is a good idea and you have take of the front grip so no problem with hand fixing, you are a good guy that's sh*t if you stop your work, you are good modeler and you improve your power day to day, keep going if you need to feel that we are waiting for your work the response is yes and there is a lot of guy who never post on forum and download your work

Some Progress from modeling on the last few days... don´t have much time because it´s almost holidays and the last few tests are on their way, so here´s what i made so far:

 

From now on i will always make my releases and progresses with extra information like this:

 

 

Type of Game i will release it (Sa, GTA IV, Vice City, multi stands for more than 1) - Object name - Progress - requests (like what i need help etc)

[sA - New block of houses - in the beginning - i need a scripter who´s able to script that we can play basketball next to the left house (i will place a basketballbasket there) and i also need a scripter who´s able to make a "savehouse" out of one of the houses, and an interior marker  ]

 

 

This scene is already ingame, i just used an SA street to fit the total ingame look, ingame screens will follow later, the right building is just about to get textured, so no final texture etc at all!

This is a mansion i started to model, i don´t like it so far , actually i even hate it, it´s just one entrance room , i already had it ingame and it looked ugly and had some f*cked up "col´s", may somebody help me to prelight my stuff before get into SA? I dont really get how to do it with vertex colors, always i choose "assign" when i made my light scene, lightning willl not stay when i delete the lights again... sad.gif

Updated the right house and some more stuff, the fence is real alpha ingame , in the editor it´s wrong displayed, and i need to do soeme texturechanges on the right house...

 

SA - New block of houses - still not far - still need scripters (more info above)

Your barrel looks too thin and the front part is very much off generally speaking:

Also, your barrel seems to consist of two pieces when it is in fact just one.

I have to agree with you millenia, but this would just matter if it´d be for CSS or other Games, but not for GTA4 so far i think, because you will never see the Barell, and the front is not important for me in GTA as well, but i maybe change that, but what will be changed for sure are these side grooves smile.gif

The upper part has the only texture that´s not done yet (out of them i started), i will work on the color on the upper part (darker etc.)

Don't kill me, but I still think the metal texture needs more work. And don't ask me what, because Im not a texturer.

 

Just giving my opinion. But model looks great.

Yes, it needs, im ok with that, but as long as im not a good texturer , coz i just started and this is in think my 3rd texture... i cant do it better, and as long as nobody is interested, i will not, so get along with it smile.gif

Razor:

 

Everything is going good but if you ask me first finish all the UVW Maps of the gun the begin texturing everything and dont stop until is done that way you dont get color and brightness errors wink.gif
