ok i see your solution to play without cheating is to basically give up on the war against cheaters and let the cheaters force all the legit players to go into private games. while this solution will work to have a nice clean game it is a f*cked up solution! if you have any respect for the game you will want to help it grow in fair play! the main thing cheaters fail to realize when the cheat in competitive gaming modes is that it causes many players to STOP playing the game altogether! Seriously, Look at how many games there are going on in the lobby! Yes there are some but take into account that this lobby holds ALL the players in the whole world playing public games in that moment in time! Then count the players in all the games going on. This number would probably have an average range of 100-300 players total! This number is totally freakin pathetic! WHY is there so few players playing public gta iv games??? EHEM! >> Because of cheater SCUM like YOU!

 

An obviously better solution is to write anti-cheating code to keep the public games in fair play and if the cheaters want to cheat then they should be the ones that have to go into a private game!

 

I read your posts before posting my first one here and thought that you were one of the legit players standing up for fair play! Instead it seems that you were just bragging about how someone was cheating in a game ( which was probably you cheating ) and basically rubbing it in to the face of the gta community. What's so funny about you bragging about your power to cheat is that you don't own your power! Your power owns you! You are a sell out to the cheaters and since you made that cause you have a different game play experience that you think is better but in the scope of fair play it's not better because you are robbing yourself of a much greater gameplay experience. For example if a cheater offered me his cheats I would be stronger that him because I would easily reject his offer saying something like "Yea, I don't need to cheat cause I'm good"! Then tell him "Turn off your cheats and I will easily own you in this game". All you friggin cheaters out there become soooo dependant on your cheats that you grow weak in your skills. So, congratulations for robbing yourself of your true power to own in fair play because that is what you have truely accomplished for yourself! nub

 

 

Oh and gtastyles can you please resize your image, the pic is unnessesarily big, especially for someone who is using a small screen(17inch screen for my laptop compared to the 20inch monitor for my desktop).

the image is uploaded to xfire's server and they do not allow modified images to be uploaded. they have some special encryption on their screen shots when they are captured.

i am not to blame, and im not scum. R* allowed us in without the need for filecheckfix and such, SO STFU. as to why there arent many people? yes most are in private games, but realistically it is because unless you are running beast like my rig, the game runs like sh*t and people gave up. when i go into a multiplayer game with unmodded people, i drive around and dont mess with them, so dont call me scum because of some immature kids doing things, i am not in that league, and yes i very much stand for fair play. but certian people whine to much about it. i use mods, i dont abuse them, and i NEVER abuse other players. and i honestly mainly play private lan games, because i too am sick of the other cheaters acting like assholes.

i personally feel for those of you that dont mod that have to put up with script kiddies being assholes. i dont join multiplayer on live at all anymore simply because i am now so entirely modded with a new city basically, all new cars etc etc that if i simply join a live game in any mode, i crash every single player in the server. i play lan games only with my wife and son because we all share the exact same mods.

 

i really wish R* would have gotten it right that modded and unmodded didnt end up on the same servers. i know it isnt a hack, even i can end up in unmodded servers. so i again say for now to create a private server, i know this isnt a solution that you all like, but for now it is the only one i can think of. if i was as good at programming as i am at tech and graphics modeling id find a way to make a shield for you all. but well see what R* comes up with.

but when I was in a game loads of people were spawning strange vehicles,one of them was the skylift and I found it soooo funny.There was like 10 skylifts flying around the place and causing mayhem

well none of us are hacking... we use programs and scripts. one day people will get the differences straight.

You know what this means....immortal buzzards shooting rockets the speed of light, smgs shooting rockets,,,,gta 4 mess all over again. It seems cool at first, but than people abuse it, esepacially the 9 year old ones.

Yes i play in mod on EFLC multiplayer, and i have ID LIVE Mistersik and StillMisters007 ( In GTA 4 ), And ? You have problem ?, No only i play with mods, wake up, mayby its no game for you.
