Question about DLC

If I buy the DLC for 30 bucks will it intertwine into GTA4 like the add-ons for 1200 points, or will it be separate game from GTA4?

If you buy it through GFWL, I'm pretty sure they'll be connected (GTAIV patch 6 lets you choose to play IV or EFLC before the main menu), but apparently the disc versions are separate.

The Big Question is, if you get the DLC will you also have the radio stations? Or do you only get those if you purchase the Retail DVD?

I have a question too. It's probably stupid, but nobody has given me a clear answer yet. When I get the addons, will the new vehicles and weapons be available for all characters, or only in their respective episodes. As in, will I be able to use new cars and weapons and such in the original GTAIV with Niko, or not. I think it would suck to change characters and games to have access to different vehicles and guns, as I usually just like having all my free roam content in a single save-game.

Sadly modding probably won't be the answer because as far as I know, the amount of vehicles is hardcoded into the game and cannot be increased. Well, at least there's still the story modes to enjoy *sigh*

Then you're wrong. People were adding vehicles to the game for a long time now and as far as the DLC comes, Skylift is already in vanilla.
