"IV" is supposed to be part of the titles of the DLC versions of both episodes, and not part of the titles of the EFLC versions of either episode. Rockstar wasn't consistent about this because the DLC version of TBoGT and the EFLC version of TLAD both got less marketing attention than their counterparts. TLAD didn't get a new logo for EFLC until now, and TBoGT never got a proper GTA IV DLC logo. TBoGT only saw a IV in its title in text on Marketplace on Xbox Live, but technically Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony is the title of the DLC because you see the GTA IV title screen before the episode title screen when the game loads.
