You've either misspelled it or it contains a character which you haven't written (like a special character, like, °), or it could be a million other things. Since any misspelling of the name will result in no results, and if any of that members posts don't contain the search terms you're looking for, it won't be flagged up either. If you know the member who posted what you're looking for, then find that members profile and view their post history. Probably find it quicker then filtering by member on search results.
