Lung Capacity, Diving School?

For a mission i need more training under water.My friend said that there is a diving school,any ideas where?

There is no diving school.. Perhaps he means "Boat School"..

 

To increase your lung cap just go under the water until out of breath, resurface, repeat til you have enough

What is the Taxi\Mike Toreno glitch? Never heard of it...

@Taxi\Mike Toreno glitch - major bug in SA, if by any chance you go past some 'sensible' areas - that could be even SA's map borders - taxi fares will no longer spawn, and mission 'Mike Toreno' (in San Fierro) becomes unpassable as getting to the checkpoints will be impossible (nothing will happen).
