Not really a spoiler, just an interesting nod towards IV kind of a plot hole, if it is eddie low, not? doesn't the story of TLAD start a bit later than GTA 4? but when you right enter an internet cafe, there's already the serial killer out there. Same case happened with Bulgarin when in Vanilla IV where we checked his name in the police database and it said he was deceased. We later find out why in TBoGT. One of the mayor game review sites (I cant remembet which one) stated that Eddie low was in TLAD, but it seemed that they didn't do some research before saying so.
