No, cheats do not disable any trophies/achievements, well, the only ones that are affected would be "Clean The Mean Streets" and "One Man Army" but they are apart of Original IV and are not disabled permanently.

 

However, if you are going for the 80% and 100% Trophies in TBOGT, using cheats doesn't record any stats in the missions they are used so you'll have to replay those missions again without using cheats.

so say if i'm playing the ballad of gay tony and i type in a cheat to get weapons and i play a mission i won't get a % ?

as long as you put the cheats in before you start the ,mission you will be fine anyways if you go on a mission make sure you know where the nearest armour and health is (go to hotdog vendors or take a taxi to where armour is)
