I can see you've put effort into this, but I just can't get over the bad city names, please change them, it drags the whole topic down for me. Also, the story, I'd like to see something a little more interesting, and some in-depth descriptions of the characters would be nice as well. Remember, I'm trying to be constructive.

if you want to name cities, try finding out what the city is famous for or named after and just work. for example, chicago was founded by the french, and is known for being very windy. and 'windy" in french translates to Venteux

You don't seem to respond to criticism very well, like I said I tried to be constructive, try to see that. The city names are horrible and there's no reason to why you couldn't change them. And I don't just don't like the story plot, it's a bit simple to me. And I asked for some details on the characters, they are just a list of names now and it would be nice to see who they are. If I got some good characters then perhaps I would change my mind about the story.

 

It's a great topic, but remember there's always room for improvements, I'm just trying to give you feedback and to help you. If you don't like what I'm saying just ignore it, or think about it and perhaps change some things.

I've Updated GTA: Northern States, again.

 

I've changed Seattleton to Seatlh, Seatlh is the name of Cheif Seatlh, Seattle was named after Chief Seatlh.

I like the idea. The only problem i have with it is the location. Im not trying to be an A** hole or anything but the location to me doesn't sound like gta. Seattle is the only one that sounds like it could be included in a gta game but thats still a stretch considering its low crime. and all the other cities are cities that most likely no one outside the u.s has heard of (probably about 50% of Americans have never heard of them too) and there low crime. i mean EXTREMELY low crime. especially Helena Montana. so i dont know how your going to add gangs and a crime culture to a small town in "big sky country" i like the idea of crossing into Canada though. however you could have accomplished this with a state that included Detroit, Cleveland and Chicago and make the Detroit city the one you go through to get to Canada. but now im just rambling stuff. off. other than the location i like the overall presentation of it and the idea of crossing into Canada.

I saw your thread before. but i was just throwing sh*t out there. But yeah gta stretches alot of stuff. but i don't see them stretching this. at least all the cities they did before have at least some gang presence and crime. unlike cities in the northwest and big sky regions. which have none.
