Downloading on USA Playstation Store?

I was wondering two things to be honest:

1) If I had an American playstation store account could I download EfLC that 3 days earlier??

2) Can I add funds to the American PS store?

 

BTW: I'm British and the credit card I use is Britsh would it still work?

yeah I saw this

 

The new release date for Episodes from Liberty City - and the two downloadable episodes The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony - on those platforms is now April 13th in North America and April 16th in Europe.

Probarly. Plus, a UK version of GTA IV and the US DLC might not work. Best you can do is just wait three days.

Yes, it was my conversation because I was conversing with him. And since this is a public board, I can have that conversation. Butting in is generally thought of as rude and intrusive. Plus, I didn't get the release date wrong since I was talking about the one in North America genius.

If you have a US ip address, a US ps3, and a US version of IV, then yes, you can download the DLC from the US PSN. However, I do believe it checks your ip to verify where you are from, so unless you have some sort of proxy, I doubt it will work.

If you want to get it 3 days early from the PSN, you'll have to buy a US PSN Card code over the internet, there are various web sites that will e-mail a code to you for a purchase... but I don't know which are trusted.

 

Then, you simply make another user on your PS3, make an account with country 'United States' and some existing address in the US you can find on the internet, and add the bought code on there. When the US release comes, you can download the episodes from the funds already on the US PSN account.

Something like that, but it's also because they can't supply an entire country with games in one day. The chances of something going wrong would be too big aswell.

 

 

It's just 3 days guys. And nobody will get this game early because R* won't begin shipping the games until the release date.
