I haven't played both (or any) yet but feel like voting so I can see the results.

This is a lame poll. The only two options needed were Drug Wars and Gang Wars. People who don't have the game shouldn't be voting, and I don't see the need for a

"liked both" option.

Anyway, I liked Drug Wars because they were slightly easier and more fun, and they didn't make me bang my head on my controller when I was killed by 60 Deadbeat motherf*ckers.

I know, Gang wars was so much harder. Especially since your Gang died in like 15 seconds and it was only you there confused.gif

Drug wars were alot more fun, they had alot more variety than gang wars did. there also wasn't 10 million guys shooting at you like in gang wars lol.

overall Drug wars was alot better.

I disagree.

People shouldn't be voting and yet they do, so I added in the option. "Like both" makes sense as an option.

But there is absolutely no need for someone to make any sort of vote if they have not played the games, because they are providing no information to the poll. If a lot of votes are put there then it will affect the results for nothing.

And oh yea, Drug Wars has all the unique cars. Green/black Sultan RS inlove.gif....

I have to say I like drug wars slightly more. As mentioned, because of the variety and that your backup, although still very stupid, will not die so easily this time.

But what keeps me going back to playing gang wars is the challenge. They are much harder at the higher levels since you are ridiculously outnumbered.

I personnally prefer Gang Wars, with those huge gunfights between bikers and real gangs (seriously, it's better to fight the russian or italian mafia, or jamaicans etc than the gangs we fight in TBOGT). And I don't find those unique cars cool, they often have very strange colors, I even prefer gang cars from TLAD (black PMP600 and Schafter, jamaican Huntley Sport...). Also, gangs wars a a lot more difficult, so it's more challenging, we really have the feeling we're fighting alone against a lot of enemies.

So gang wars for me.

Gang Wars. and my gang almost never died in the initial 25/25 gangwars. if it was a moving target it was especially easy. you can just monitor their route via the map, and then you can form an ambush on those deadbeats xD especially fun with the assault shotgun

For me Gang Wars are more fun than Drug Wars.

I hated Drug Wars because of the lack of fun Armando and Henrique bring to the gunfights. Even in the car, they repeat the same f*cking dialouge. Also, I didnt like the BOGT weapons (except for the P90), so it was really boring for me.

I loved Gang Wars because of the fun your gang brings to the gunfights. I dont know how people have problems keeping them alive. Instead of me leading my gang, they lead me. I will always follow one of my members called Dogg in Gang Wars. His AK47 is f*cking awesome. Running around with him and shooting deadbeats is always fun.

There are two problems with drug wars that make me hate them, and that is the most glaring one. The other is the enemies that pursue you after you've completed the first objective rubber-band and re-spawn too close to you, which is very obvious during gameplay. You'll lose one pursuer, and then you hear some weird car crashing sounds and you'll look behind you and they are back on your tail again. Then they will inevitably crash and the process repeats until you reach the destination.

Gang wars are awesome, though. The potential for an epic firefight is always there, provided you get overwhelmed by your enemies and/or the cops get involved. Or, you can decisively eliminate the enemy with some quick planning. Because gang wars all follow the simple guidelines of "get to these guys and kill them", you have a lot of freedom to choose how to approach a situation. Also, since the only repetition comes from the concise conversations while riding to the gang war and the initial spawn location of the enemies, you can do gang wars over and over and still have a lot of fun.

To make gang wars a more streamlined experience, I use the spawn bike cheats, as well as the health and armor cheat. It makes it so I can quickly use a taxi to get there, and then quickly armor up and spawn a bike so I can start. Also, I've accepted that all of the other bikers that ride with Johnny are going to die, because as massrcor said, the difficulty spikes after you complete the 25th gang war...

Gang war. I played TLAD on my friends 360 and went on a Gang war.

I liked it because I can practice my shooting skills and protecting skills(the way I protect my fellow gang members from deadbeats).

I agree with that statement, but for me, Sticky Bombs usually take care of the problem. I just toss one behind me and get the car chasing me, but sometimes Henrique or Armando might get caught in the blast sad.gif (if I drove off without them).

But it just seems to me that there are less enemies in Drug Wars, and that makes them easier and more fun. Besides, in BoGT you have the advantage of a Buzzard or APC to help you. And also, I posted in another topic about how more of the shooting is while you're in cover. In TLaD lots of enemies were in groups on the road, so it was hard to jump to cover. In BoGT, you usually are just picking off some stationary guys.

By the way, has anyone ever had to steal a helicopter in a Drug War mission and take it to north Algonquin? That has only happened to me once (at maybe number 70) and it was almost impossible, because you get surrounded by 3 or 4 enemy helicopters! panic.gif

Gang Wars for me. It's of course MUCH MORE difficult, level 30 is already so hard in TLAD, but level 80 in TBOGT is easy. Also, in TBOGT, the gunfights locations are always the same...

So gang wars for me.

You fight the same gangs in both drug and gangwars.

Only diffrence is youll fight aodbikers/albanians in gangwars and spanishlords/koreans in drugwars.

The jamaican, italian and russian mobs are present in both modes.

To me its gangwars if i want that feeling that im at war with a real gang and drugwars if i wanna have armed thugs chasing after me in boats and helicopters.

Easily gang wars for me, if not for the fact that I don't have to put up with f**king Armando and Henrique's extremely annoying recycled dialogue every time I start a drug war.
