Brucie's Races

I've won each of the nine street races once, I now plan to win 11 more to unlock the achievement. I remember reading somewhere that once you complete all the nine races, you can actually pick which race you want do next, rather that being assigned one by Brucie. Is this true? If so, how do I go about it?

Nah, he will just pick a random race in the island you are currently at.

Thanks grease. I was hoping to pick an easy one for the remaining 11 races, I suppose I'll just have to take the races as they come and push my luck.

I think this slight confusion comes from that the first 9 races need to be done first 3 per island, and then you can go to any island for races, but like grease said, you can't pick individual races. But you can be in just one island and just choose races in it, should you so wish.

 

Just have a Banshee/Comet/Turismo/Infernus/Sultan RS and you shouldn't have any problems even in the supercars races.

 

After I had done all 20 required for the trophy, I had the worst luck, I always got the North Alderney one, no matter which part of Alderney I was in when I called Brucie. And for Broker I never got the Airport Run one. Sigh.

Actually, if you don't want to do for example the North Alderney race, just go to starting line of the race in North Alderney then call Brucie for a race. He'll provide you a race at a different location. Works for me, every time. I wanted to get 27 races done in total because I wanted the number of races won beside the track to be 3. So it would all be 3. I wanted it to be even.

Ah, thanks guys, I'll keep that in mind. Definitely don't want to be stuck with a five lap race.
