GTAIV + native = Unrecoverable Fault

i install native yesterday and use it about 2 times and today if i play gtaiv it go but if i want to connect to MP game crash and tell Unrecoverable fault only what help is delete trainer play multiplayer and again add trainer and play 2 times with it and again i have unrecoverable fault sad.gif can someone help me with any fix or something?
