But in the normal game, the nearest one is in Las Vegas(there are two there that I know of), and the one inside Area 51. The one is San Francisco is off limits early on until after Ya Ka Boom Boom mission because of the invisible barriers. The Sniper Rifle is easy, it is located in the Film Studio in Vinewood-it is at the top of the steps. You also get one as a free pickup with higher ammo counts spawning at your garage in Doherty, SF, after doing the 50 Photo ops.-they must be done at some point or another, so why not get them out of the way while the rewarded weapons will do some good. MLDRMB Posted April 10, 2010 Share Posted April 10, 2010 There's also one on the Jefferson hospital's highest roof, to get it early in the game goto the airport, park a car next to the brick wall at the gate, get on the roof of the car, scale the wall, then nab a plane(preferably a dodo, not to far from the gate)then fly to the Jefferson hospital, fly low over the highest roof, then bail out. After you nab you a new rifle, jump down to the ground and keep pressing the jump button. By now your health bar should be flashing if you had full health before the jump, so be careful. This doesn't always work, sometimes you have to jump to the glass awning or to a lower roof, and it never works if you have a parachute.
