i finished Vercetti and the old Haitian woman and Umbirto Robina and the phone, but i can't find the place for net missions , i tried to buy some proprieties and finish there missions like Taxi and Print and dock, still nothing only one call from Sonny

 

i'm bored i want to continue my mission which is only 38% percentage completed

you still need to buy more properties and beat the missions with them in order to gain revenue from them. Once you get enough of the properties and do all the missions for them you get to continue the story missions. I forget the name of the mission that brings you back into the story (something about getting taxed on the properties) as soon as I remember i'll edit this post. But you still need to buy more properties!!! Get the malibu... great source of revenue!

 

Ok, just checked the guide and you need to own 60% of the available properties including the print works and the malibu. so as I said before, just buy the properties and do the missions for them. you'll know you've done enough when you get the opportunity to do "Cap The Collector" at the print works.

You need to purchase the Malibu club and finish all four missions here.

These are great fun and quite hard, especially The Driver.

Arguably the hardest mission in the game.

 

You also need to purchase the Film Studios on Prawn Island and finish these missions too.

FYI--

 

Malibu is NOT required to unlock the final missions... not that you shouldn't do it...

 

To unlock final missions...

 

1. Complete all Vercetti missions located at the mansion-- til the mansion generates cash.

2. Complete all Printworks missions-- til printworks generates cash.

3. Complete all missions or tasks at any of the other 5 of the remaining 7 businesses located around town--so at least 5 other businesses besides the above are generating cash...

 

when the above is done, you will get a phone call telling you to get to the Printworks for the 1st of the final 2 story missions... (called "Cap the Collector")
