No new missions with 2 people at 66.67% complete

Hey, Im 66.67% complete my missions with Francis and Bernie, but I can't see there locations on the map anymore and its been even longer since I spoken to Francis since I just did a mission with Bernie, the location just doesn't pop up anymore and im 66.67% done missions with both of them. How do I complete my missions with them? Will they call me?

The last mission for Francis comes available after you have completed missions for Derrick and Gerald.

To find Bernie's third mission, go to the back of Pier 45 (north from Helitours) and there should be a yellow mission arrow there.
