That_Guy28
Where can I get Ubuntu Linux 9.10 drivers for my ATI Radeon 3400 video card? I also need drivers for my Linksys Wirless-G USB network adapter. Does anyone know where I can download any of these drivers?
lordjubblydave
Try: System/Admin/Hardware Drivers. See if your ATi and Linksys are there
james227uk
Have you tried Ubuntu from the CD? If the driver is there, and not when it's installed, you need to enable the CD repository then go where lordjubblydave posted

That_Guy28
That requires an internet connection. I can't get on the internet at all when running Linux! I am dual booting Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux. I can download something and then reboot with Linux but I have no internet access when I am running Linux. lordjubblydave
It doesn't need the internet. You are enabling the Repositry on the LiveCD Even so you should be able to plug it in directly without troubles
james227uk
A - Put the CD in the drive B - Use an Ethernet cable and plug it directly into the router

That_Guy28
Don't you think I would be smart enough to try that in the first place? My router is on the opposite end of the house from my computer. I can't get internet without using my wirless card. There is too much stuff in the way of where the router is. If I absolutly have to I will do that but I would like to find some other way if possible Do I have to boot from the CD or just have it in my drive? lordjubblydave
Boot your Computer Put th Live CD in your drive. Don't boot from it. Enable the CD Repositry (using the guide above), Ubuntu should then tell you that you are missing drivers, if not follow the steps a few posts above, to do it manually.
