luceberg
Did you enable "Show hidden files and folders" in folder options?

luceberg
You could try unticking "Hide protected operating system files" and see if it shows up.

nytiger73
Not sure if the OP found his answer. But you DO NOT need to back up the XLive folder. Only back up the Save Games folder. Once you've done that and have reloaded and patched GTA IV, start a new game. Get to a point where you can save and do it. Exit out of the game. Navigate to the folder where your saves are and copy them. DO NOT copy the folder, you need to copy the actual files. Now go to the folder where the GTA files normally go. There might be a couple of files in there. Paste your saves in there and overwrite any files that you are prompted to overwrite. Start up the game and you should be at the same spot where you left off. Hope this helps.
