DODI3OG
Hi, I would like to ask this question to you. If I Pre-order the PC version of TBOGT, what would be the difference if I would buy it later on the release date?
buzbegone
Only difference is that pre-ordering gives you some insurance in the event that the store runs out of copies.

Now, I will decide when to buy it. Too bad, I can't pre order it 'cause They had a service problem on our region.

Actually, I'd say it'd be best to just wait for the reviews, because you know how GTA IV on the PC ended up...
LCstuntman
you know how GTA IV on the PC ended up... ...Perfectly fine?
Ash_735
you know how GTA IV on the PC ended up... ...Perfectly fine? FAR from perfectly fine on original release but much better than it was after multiple patches And don't give me that fanboy sh*t "LULZ WELL U SHOULD HAVE A BETTER COMPUTERS!" because when actual professional gaming websites reported on how unoptimized the game on original release you lose your little fanboy flame. DRMetzger
Hi, I would like to ask this question to you.If I Pre-order the PC version of TBOGT, what would be the difference if I would buy it later on the release date? Well the thing that is keeping me from preordering is that on the 360 you only got the new radio integrated into Niko's story and the old radio integrated into TLAD and TBOGT if you got them as DLC, the disc version got 2 unique radio stations to it but it wasn't really all that spectacular especially given that the radio content from IV wasn't there(maybe the talk radio stuff was still there though, not sure). If the disc will still install as an expansion on the PC if IV is installed then I guess it wouldn't matter but I have yet to see any real confirmation anywhere. DODI3OG
Wouldn't I get the latest features rockstar added? Or(for short), is Rockstar already finished modifying EFLC and is ready to release it?
buzbegone
Who knows? They released a sh*tload of patches for Vanilla IV so hopefully they'll get it right the 2nd time.
DODI3OG
Who knows? They released a sh*tload of patches for Vanilla IV so hopefully they'll get it right the 2nd time. So, if the game is ready for pre-ordering, does that mean that rockstar won't modify it anymore and gamers must rely on future patches.
buzbegone
In short, yes. Game companies such as Rockstar do this not because they were lazy in production but quite the contrary. When they are focusing on the larger things, the tiny bugs must be addressed via patches so to get the game out on time.
