viometrix Posted March 27, 2010 Share Posted March 27, 2010 it is the same engine. and yes gtaiv has its problems, especially for people with crap pcs, but seriously explain to me how it is a fail? i think looking at the activity on these message boards alone and the amount of mods for this game it is far from fail. i guess you feel that way because maybe you are running it on less than optimal specs, and feel that a game should be made to run on any crappy computer?
