to improve it! all the storylines need to be developed, i need vehicles and pedestrian speech, not to mention characters, random characters and

Rosefelt Memorial (Roosevelt Memorial) - In Capitol City, Carved into wall next to it, it says,"Why come up with a cheap sexual pun when you could just write this?"

The Beige House - Obviously, a parody of the White House. Featured on the Radio and T.V. Security is strict around this area. sign outside reads,"white would have sounded better, but this is america"

 

EDIT: To avoid any misunderstandings, this isnt a racist joke, and is reffering to the colour of The Beige House's real life counterpart, The White House.

 

If You know of any more monuments, comment! you dont need to come up with signs/plaques/inscriptions or parody names, just the real name. of course if you want to you can.

 

PHILMONT

 

Philmont is one of America's most historical cities, as it is the birthplace of the United States. On July 4th, 1776, the Declaration of Independence

as signed at the Birollvania State House (now known as Independence Hall). 11 years later the United States Constitution was adopted on the

same spot. Over two centuries later, Philadelphia has changed quite a bit but has admirably retained its historical aspects, making it a good city

to visit. Its nickname as the City of Brotherly Love, however, is a bit of a misnomer, as the people of Philmont were not particularly friendly,

especially those at the ball game. Philmont's downtown is where most of the attractions are located, and the roads are very crowded. There is a

decent subway system that is a better idea, driving can be messy and parking can be difficult to find. One of the interesting sights to be on Wide

Street (a parody of Broad street) is cars parked on the center median, something for you to spot in another city.

 

CAPITOL CITY

 

The capital of the United States is Capitol City, in the District of Latina. Capitol City is not only the seat of the federal government but also a

major showcase for the nation's cultural achievements, the information center of the world, and a pivot of global politics. Capitol City measures

about 69 square miles (179 square kilometers). Originally the city was only one of several settlements in the District of Latina, but its borders

moved outward to meet and become the same as those of the district. The identity and economy of the city, however, extend well beyond the

district's boundaries into the adjoining states. The business of Capitol City is information, and the machine that drives Capitol Cities business is

government. Before World War II the federal government was the major employer of women in the United States work force, and for decades it

totally dominated employment in the nation's capital. Chartered as a city in 1802, Capitol had a mayor appointed by the president and a council

elected by the people of the city. The council selected the mayor from 1812 to 1820. Then the residents chose the mayor and the council.

 

FRANKLINTON

 

Franklinton is an historic city of contrasts. Ancient red-brick sidewalks twist past handsome Federalist houses on the way to soaring glass towers

housing state-of-the-art technology. The sports teams are the best loved and the most hated at one and the same time. Residents are fiercely

protective of their neighborhoods and fiercely critical of the MBTA, the government and the weatherIn the harbors of Franklinton lie both the

majestic U.S.S. Constitution, still commissioned to fight America's battles, and scores of sleek white fiberglass pleasure boats. There are tiny restaurants

tucked into rosy brick town houses on Signal Heights(Beacon Hill) and huge restaurants on the dizzying tops of skyscrapers in the downtown.

Food ranges from the most radical of nouvelle chic to downhome Cajun. Franklinton is a diverse modern city of neighborhoods. From the North

Side(North End) to baytown(bay Village), North Bay(Back Bay) to the South Side(South end), Cuba Fields (Jamaca Plain) to Fredrickville

(Charlstown), the city shows its diversity of populations, of languages, of foods and philosophies. Immigrants from every corner of the globe have

been welcomed bythe city and re-shaped into Americans whose memories and customs enrich the community.

 

FREDRICKSVILLE

 

A Diverse Southern Town, full of Diverse food, people, vehicles, languages, architecture and music. the home of southern rock in the state

means a band can often be seen busking, or performing live. it is the home of NASCAR in in Capitol which means that you will often see a truck

with a diversly painted car on the back driving past. it is a town of many things, a complex town that cannot be captured perfectly no matter

how many words being used. but you should watch out for prostitution and drug dealing in the southside, as the classier stuff stays north.

 

CARCER CITY

 

'Motor City' is the home of the motor trade, and manurfacturing. an industrial city with complex sidestreets, alleyways and numerous dusty

tracks which should never be ventured down by a straying tourist. numerous stunts for movies have been shot in the vicinity, and that kind of

driving is normal on these streets. make sure to visit the Declasse Motor Building and the U.S. Libermacht Centre before you leave town. make

sure not to visit the abandoned warehouses to the north which are being converted to crack dens and heroine houses.

 

FAIRVIEW

 

Fairview is an amazing place to spend a day, as it is much the same as Fredricksville, but with less crime. the long term rivalry between Fairview

ofdicks and the Fredricksville 'windy' fanny's means that anyone from Fredricksville will not be welcomed. A proud Liberal, Godly, Mostly

Nationalist, The rest Patriotic town where 97% of households own a gun, But Surprisingly, only 89% have killed more than two people! thats a

surprisingly low figure!

HENDERSON

 

Named after the President, Henderson is a typical American small town.

 

WINDSOR

 

A small Port town in Windsor County, south of Carcer City and north of Franklinton

STORYLINE

 

Aaron Stoney is a 27 year old American from the oregon Countryside. one night, age 13, he woke up during a storm to hear his Mother

and farther arguing. he went down and peered round the door to see his dad holding a shotgun to his mothers forehead. he pulled the trigger

and killed Aaron's mother. his uncle then walked into the room holding a desert eagle and the keys to his pickup, and told his father to get a

move on. Aaron went upstairs to his parents bedroom and grabbed his fathers other gun, a hunting rifle, and loaded 1 bullet. he went downstairs

to see his father was in the pickup and his uncle was checking the house. Aaron Shot his uncle through the forehead and took his desert eagle.

his father had taught him to shoot at an early age and he checked the gun. there was 1 bullet in the firing chamber. he went outside intending

to shoot his father for killing his mother, but he just saw his father getting back into the pickup and tossing a match into the wooden house,

dowsed in petrol from the outside, and drove off. aaron managed to get out of the house and hiked to the highway. he got picked up by a

Peterbilt bound for san fierro. he gets of on the calafornian border and over the course of 14 years, hitckhikes across america, camps wherever,

and does a selection of dodgey work for random strangers. he lives for 5 years in missouri, but moves on to get to capitol city, wehere he has heard

his father has become a corupt politician. he keeps his uncles desert eagle, with 1 bullet, to kill his father, vowing revenge for his mothers death.

 

once he gets to Capitol State, he has nothing left, apart from a load of experiance with guns, crime and cars. he cannot get to capitol city to

begin with and has to stay in philidelphia because there have been some attempts on president Henderson's life, so all the bridges and main

roads are closed. He stays in a run down neighbourhood renting a small room in a flat, doing small time crime based in a garage, he applied for

work at as a part time mechanic. he then gets introduced to Bill Harris, a small time all round crook, by the owner of the garage he works in.

after working for bill, and asking him to talk to his boss about finding his father, they fall out over aaron going to work for one of bill's enemies,

fredrick masters. he is slightly higher up in the criminal 'food chain' and after they both tell you to assasinate the other, this is the first multiple

choice in the game. if you shoot masters it will block off a mission string in franklinton for longer, and if you kill harris they the only major affect

to the game is the ability not to be able to become harris's friend, and using his special ability (Cheaper weapon accesories). after doing some

missions for people i havent currently thought of (ideas that you could help with, people!) he moves to adams county, doing some work with

hillbillies, cults, the adams county sherrif and a vietnam vet hiding out in a log cabin in adams county. he asks you to do things such as scare

of tourists from the county, kill The mayor of Phlillimore, as he wants to develop a shopping mall on top of the woods that the vet is living on.

he basically hates modern america and capitalism, and wants to go back to the old ways.

 

Carcer, Being motor city, brings back the car customisation. aaron does a few missions for a corrupt buissinessman, John meyer, and then buys

a petrol station, then a chop shop, then a car showroon, then a factory, all of wich can be used as assets, and to exploit motor companies. he

can also get cars free from his factory. unlike san andreas, where Carl wins a chop shop and tries to rebuild a buissines, Aaron's motor garages

will be upgraded throughout the game. Aaron then works for John Meyer on several more Occations, which leads to, at the end of your missions

in Carcer City, entering a race and winning it, meaning that the stadium can then be used to do other races and demolition derbies, which will be

available online aswell.

 

Aaron stoney arrived in franklinton because he had been told that his father was lying low their. but when he arrives he has no clue of where to go. he gets a call from the mafia who had heard of his work in fairbanks and wants him to do a few jobs for him. mostly things like having gang wars and traffiking. after doing a few more jobs in Franklinton that involve surviving a police raid with a man who then, in the next mission, he goes on a . Aaron Tries to stop him from doing so but he kills many civilians and Police Officers that they put him on death row. Aaron then gets a call from the irish mob asking him to help Kidnap Mary 'o' Leary. after the exchange Aaron does his first mission with a Level Area. you have to fly to new Agland, to massetuchetts to deal with a small gang that are causing trouble in the irish mobs northern territory.he then gets into an argument and his boss, a Jack Mclean, who says that he has to do one more job for him that will get him into carcer city. he has to run some guns through the police blockade and, while having a 6 star wanted level, has to Drive them to a safehouse.

 

 

The Patterson springs missions Are mostly For Racist gangs such as the 'triple k's'. you then get taken in by the police who say they will spare

you if you kill the Triple K leader. you then have to go into the woods and kill them. you then show up at a demonstration for blacks and

assasinate all the triple k there. there then is a blank space that i want filled in, and another before the triple k missions

 

as the last assasination attempt on President Henderson was months ago, and as the election draws closer, he decides to open up the road to

Capitol City. Aaron however, has managed to get over a day early, as he sneaked over a ford with a hillbilly (need a name) in his pickup. he then

does a few missions sneaking moonshine, guns and drugs over the ford as the operation of removing all police from the state highway goes

underway. over the course of this time, Jed Holt, a childhood friend of Aaron Appears and assists him in a perticularly daring mission sneaking a

cargo of explosives and planting them in a museum in wasington, after which Aaron then shows up at Jeds Hotel in the Carcer Countryside, only

to find that the police have arrested him because of the museum explosives mission. Aaron then leaves the motel and gets a call from Max

Smart (sorry for the cheap pun), a corrupt government agent, who acts as a Mike Toreno/U.L. Paper type Mission man who blackmails him into

stealing jets, trains, intercepting shipments, assasinating rivals if he wants to see jed again. he then tells Aaron to go to the top of a hill in

Adams County And Plant a Mobile ariel. Max then phones him and acts all parinoid, telling Aaron that the President Is giving a speach on The war

in Iraq in Capitol City. he says that Aaron must act as an agent and stop this. he then has to kill a sniper and a load of men with machiene guns,

and drive the President back to the 'Beige House'. he then thanks you and he gives you the keys to a turismo. (I plan on calling that mission

'National Security) you then get phoned by a load of accosiates of President Henderson for missions, and once by the President himself. there is

then a blank space which needs expanding, and i have an idea for the Finale.

this is probably the time to say that troughout the countryside, their will be rednecks and hillbillies, and the odd 'nam Vet (you dont know man! you wearn't there!)

used as slave escape routes, the ones still standing can be used to travel quickly from location to location, and loose the police.

Boss: dont worry.

 

boss motions for Aaron to leave. he does what he is told. boss shakes his head and then sits down for some paperwork.

 

that is when you can first take control of Aaron. you are standing next to your pickup, a broken, unreliable yosemite, until you upgrade this it will

occationally stall and the steering or brakes will sometimes go for about a second, but the first upgrade can be brought after the 2nd mission.

another new feature is that the yosemite will spawn outside your safehouse until you buy a new car, then that will spawm. if you choose to part

exchange your previously owned car, depending on the model and garage, you get a discount. if you dont it will spawn beside your new car

outside the safehouse. if you own two safehouses it will not spawn outside the other one untill you move it there, then it will start spawning

there, and stop spawning at the other one.

you get into your car and drive to the deal. a straitforward mission intended for you to get to know the streets of Philmont. when

you get to the deal you meet a man called Andy Rock. on the way back there is a brightly painted Volkeswagen Microbus across

the width of the road, smashed beyond repair with smoke pouring out. you see a group of drugged up hippies arguing with a driver.

later on in the game, in adams county, you work for these hippies, one of them being The Truth, giving up trying to convince

people in San Andreas, has come to Capitol State.

 

Mission 2 - Repo Man

 

This mission is started by walking into the mission icon at the side of the garage. when this mission is complete you will notice that

where this mission marker was, a new one has appeared. this one opens a garage door to modify and buy cars. as this is the firts

garage, the choice of cars and parts is very limited, but very cheap.

 

Aaron walkes in to the garage, nods politely at john the mechanic, and walks into the bosses office

 

Boss: well well well...

 

Aaron: So, I delivered the drugs, I gave you the money, what you got me?

 

Boss: i need you to do a few more things..

 

Aaron: F*ck you! I came to this state for revenge to kill the Bastard who Shot my mother and burned down my home and you tell

me this? B*llsh*t! you told me you would put your word in!

 

Boss: Hey [Chuckles] calm down!. i like you. thats why i am giving you work. when i have finished with you, i will put my word in if

you have done a good job. i could have you doing what you applied to do on less than minimum wage!

 

Aaron: What...What The F*ck do you want?

 

Boss: In the current ecinomical state buisinesses are losing money. thats good, but unfortunately, we are one of those

buissinesses. i want you to 'reposses' some vehicles that we shall dismantle and sell, you got me?

 

Aaron: i'll Do it you usless F*ck!

 

Boss: good, [Aaron turnes to leave, but the boss grabs him by the collar] and dont speak to me like that.

 

Aaron: Ok you maniac!

 

Boss: seriously, i dont know how you do things in red county, but here, you show some respect, capiche?

 

Aaron: yeah

 

[Aaron leaves]

 

this is the first mission in which you aquire a wanted level. it is a tutorial on what to do on a one or two star.

the wanted level system is as follows:

 

ONE*

 

Police will pull you out of your car, but dont have permission to shoot yet. you could get this for manslauter

TWO**

Police will now open fire, but you are not their top priority. you could get this for mass-manslauter, running from a ONE* or

manslaughter of a cop

THREE***

Police Maveric joins in, more reinforcements come. You could get this for robbing a store or Mass-manslauter of Cops

FOUR****

FIB join the chase, another maveric arrives, you could get this for robbing a bank or small museum, or drug dealing

FIVE*****

NOOSE join in, reinforcements for normal cops and FIB, maverics dissapear and an anhiallator Joins in. get this for robbing

museums, flying under 5000 feet above Capitol city or entering a military compound. Army Join in, light roadblocks, medium

tanks, jeeps.

 

6******

If you are in the sky, Raptors and Vultures join in, 2 more anhailators arrive, this can only be caused by multiple

crimes, killing large numbers of police, or at certain points in the game that are unavoidible.

7*******

Heavy weapons are brought in, civilians are evacuated, they dont just dissapear, they are evacuated, more reinforcements,

NOI join and NOOSE relax their efforts.

8********

All doors locked, all but NOI, NOOSE and the U.S. Military give up, very hard to survive, not usually possible.

 

MISSION 3 - To kill a Cop

 

This mission is started by entering the marker at the front of the garage.

 

Aaron walks strait into the bosses office

 

Boss: Aaron, just the man i wanted to see!, how are you?

 

Aaron: Cut the crap, man, what d'ya want

 

Boss: your a clever man Aaron.

 

Aaron[muttering]: f*ck you to

 

Boss: please, dont anger me, i dont want to kill you

 

Aaron[sarcastically]: yes, Boss

 

Boss: their is a pig, a cop who is getting to close to the 'illegal' buissiness we are involved in.

 

Aaron: we? i just want to find my...

 

Boss: I know. take this cop for a ride. get a suit and drive him to the countryside, and into a river.

 

Aaron: if this guy is just a cop, then why does he have a driver?

 

Boss: he isn't just a cop. he is a plain clothes detective. he is corrupt and he has money.

 

Aaron: i'll do it.

 

Boss: good.

 

Aaron walks out before the boss can speak again.

 

this is the first mission where you get into the countryside. it gives you a basic tutorial of the different road surfaces and how different

vehicles react to them. it gives you a tutorial of 4X4's and driving at speed on winding roads. once you have killed the corrupt cop, you

have to take a photo for evidence and take it back to the boss. you get $1000 for your troubles.

 

While working for the government, Aaron gets sent on several missions in liberty city, san andreas, vice city and even other countries.

each one will have a small 'level area'.

 

Mission 4 - Shaken, not stirred

The boss wants you to enter a motorbike race. This is the first mission where you are racing. When you complete this mission you unlock the GP stadium for use outside missions.

 

Aaron Walks in and rests his hands on the bosses desk

 

Aaron: What d’ya want?

 

Boss: I need you to prove some guy isn’t the best out there

 

Aaron: so you want me to kill him?

 

Boss: NO! On no account must you kill him

 

Aaron slumps in a chair in front of the desk

 

Boss: I want you to race him.

 

Aaron: Forget it, man, no way!

 

Boss: $1000

 

Aaron: Then you will leave me to my own devices?

 

Boss: Yes.

 

Aaron: pffft

 

Aaron walks out and the mission starts. You drive to the stadium, race and if you win, you complete it.

 

Mission 5 – Come dine with me

In this mission you have to go to dinner with one of bill harris’, a friend of the boss, enemies. You have to be pretending to do business with him. It is a bit like the mission in IV where you date French tom. You have to stand up and shoot him.

 

Aaron walks in and nods at bill

 

Boss: this is my mate bill. He needs a favour done.

 

Aaron: and?

 

Boss: Don’t disrespect me, or bill, or I will have to kill you

 

Aaron: I’ve had it with your sh*t, man! You such bullsh*t.

 

Bill takes a gun out of his jacket and loads it, then replaces it.

 

Bill: I need you to drive me to a deal.

 

Aaron: why me?

 

Bill: Our mutual friend says you are reliable.

 

Boss: Just go

 

Boss waves his hand and Aaron and Bill Exit.

You drive him to a deal, and get ambushed. You have to drive him to safety to a safe house on the outskirts of Philmont. New Safehouse Acquired.

The story is a bit over-the-top but it's kinda good, and the map is one of the best so far, but yeah, resize the pictures (do you really need to have the pics for the houses?) and transform it into a easier-to read and better form so it's easy to get the point clear.

Adams Wanderers

Location: Miners hole area, Adams County.

Occupation: Murderers, Phycopaths

Inbread group of hillbillies living in caves and holes in the ground.

Location: Windsor County, Near Trout Farm

A misunderstood social outcast.

 

this is probably the time to say that troughout the countryside, their will be rednecks and hillbillies, and the odd 'nam Vet (you dont know man! you wearn't there!)

used as slave escape routes, the ones still standing can be used to travel quickly from location to location, and loose the police.

A Mixture of cockneys and posh southsiders. specialises in murders and robberies

 

The Mcreary Mob

Although Packie and Gerry are mentioned in the game they are not featured exept in the DLC. this is the only gang that you HAVE to stay friendly with from when you meet them to the end of the game. Specialises in Unorganized crime and Bank robberies

 

The Gravelli Family

 

Pretty much the same as in IV. specialises in smuggling and kidnappings

 

The Gambetti Family

 

Italian Mob Family. Specialises in drug dealing and kidnapping

Like the Varrios Los Aztecas in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Specialises in Drug Dealing
