A new beginning

I want to start a new game of 2 reasons:

1. I miss Los Santos;

2. some people told me that one had too much to missions.

The problem is passing the first mission! Some time ago a friend came to me and he did it. I've tried and I can not! So...

Missions: "Big Smoke" or "Sweet and Kendl" (I don't Know the name)

Notes: I hope not violate a rule.

If it doesn't work

Step-through:

Get on the bike, ride around to be sure of how to control it..

Go to CJ's house: Do Not enter the marker.

Go to the bridge and look under both of them, Get the Armour/mini-smg.

Now go to the marker.

When you are riding back stay with the group. DO NOT shoot at anybody this will bring the cops and CJ will be killed. Just keep riding until you have CJ home.

 

You Don't Have to Ride the Bicycle to do this mission you Can hi-Jack a car/truck/motorcycle. The game will tell you to get the bike, You don't have to.

 

A variation: Ride down to the Firetruck. Do the Firefighting missions until you have 10,000$ or more. Buy a cheap safe house. Save game and repeat until you finish the mission. Play it cool don't get too excited/angry if you fail. The money will pile up.

Are methods? What? I was thinking to do a mission, to go to gym, to get some weapons...

Wondered if you used the save or if you did it yourself using the tips.

 

You can use the Gym on the beach before the regular gym opens.

You looked under the briges over the Dry River?

Did you climb on to the roofs?

Just curious, I don't get what's so hard about the first mission, I mean all you do is simply watch the cutscenes, have a casual bike ride back to Grove St. in Compton, and then walk into CJ's house and mission complete. What's hard about that? I mean, to ride the bike, you just keep tapping the "up" arrow key and use the left/right arrow key for turning and the Down arrow key to stop and reverse. Just a heads up.

 

On-topic though, if the mission is that hard and you need it passed easily, just grab Dem's/Hmvartak's Mission Passer code tool located here in the Downloads Database topic, courtesy of Girish and Spuds. Then start a new game with the Mission Passer's main.scm and when you step into the marker to start the mission, you will see the cutscenes and then re-spawn in front of CJ's house and mission passed.

 

Also, Armor and full health(from doing Paramedic side missions), WILL help A LOT in ALL missions too. Also, you will RETURN to LA after the Las Vegas part of the storyline when you get to that point. Just a heads up.
