Waltzing Mouse
It's because the DFF has modded reflections. You may need RCF for it to work, but I'm not sure.
swedisharvid
yeah that might be it but what is RCF lol
bondkill007
in case your still having this problem: use a .TXD editor like TXDworkshop and simply delete the reflection .bmp...... it generally is labelled as Remap or ****spec or chrome...... what ever it is called you will know its the reflection. Just delete that image, save the TXD and it should work in the game, it just wont have any reflections. bond
DexX
it generally is labelled as Remap No; textures named "remap"<whatever> are used for car skins. Deleting them will disable the primary skin texture, and will not fix the reflection issue. Infact, deleting any image from the txd is not going to solve the problem. bondkill007
Worked for me, i used to have the same problem...... deleting that one bmp removed the reflection and the skin on the car then worked perfectly..... this was not always the case though, if a model didnt have a remap then i would look for the image of a reflection and delete that one. bond Edited May 5, 2010 by bondkill007
