It is a mod troubleshooting question, yes, but this troubleshooting section is specifically for the unmodded game only. You can post about issues regarding mods in that section as are all the regular GTA game sections here. Reason being that most people who post in the regular game sections don't design or use mods, and most people who do stick to that section. It helps everyone get help they need. Also, when you do post about it there, you think you could downsize that image a bit? 1024x768 or less would work, and people would be able to see what you're seeing in the game.
