I don't see why it wouldn't have auto-aim on. and on another note, using auto-aim is noob, so unless you want to classify yourself a noob, go ahead. If you're good at free-aiming, then use it off. Using AA doesn't make you a noob, it makes you.... just another damned Gamer. And with all past GTA's mouse and keyboard does NOT have AA Gamepad does (you may have to change setting in control setup. not sure how IV does it) The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. And the aiming for manual aim is nothing like for 3rd person mode in cod mw2. in mw2 it's like you don't even have to be exact and your bullets will still hit, like saints row 2.
