GTA 4 Graphic Problems?

There is a problem with Exploring throughout the Map of Libery City

 

The Following Problems had and still have occured:

 

1). Invisibility Through Walls, Buildings, Bridges, almost anything except at the beginning on the level: "Cousin Bellics"!

2). Some Citizens are blockheads and the Cops don't Attack you on 1 star-3 stars wanted level! Which is okay of course [about cops]

3). Bad Lag!

4). Mods act disabled!

5). Citizens don't fight you which is not okay cause i wanted to do the LCPDFR MOD!

 

I have provided Pictures (The one with the 1 in purple on the top right shows that as you keep driving you eventually reach the point that everything is glitched, if im correct the pic should be the one with the police sirens in it...... And the one with the 2 in purple on the top right shows that at the beginning of the Storyline "Cousins Bellic" when in the car with Roman you see the road more and the boat and very few buildings but like i said as you move on like in Picture 2 you see almost nothing) ALSO THE DOTS YOU MAY SEE IN PICTURE 1... THOSE ARE VEHICLES! THANKS AND HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME OUT! PICS BELOW~~~

Your graphics card probably is WAY too slow, according to the mere 3.4 Windows Experience Index thing. I bet it's an internal graphics processor.

 

The rest should be okay. But you should get a decent graphics card. Otherwise, you won't even be able to play other normal games.

thanks ill try and get one but what kinda card is needed for it to work properly?

Well, changing graphics card is kinda hard on laptops anyway... Maybe you should google first whether it's even possible on yours.

 

edit: Scratch that, it's not possible, sorry. I just googled it myself. And even if it were possible to add in a graphics card, I'm not sure about the CPU. This is exactly why I'm a fan of desktops...
