HighLighting not painted a gang tags

Hello, i need a program (script?), which do highlight not painted a gang tags (graffity) in GTA SA. my distr is show that ALL gang tags is painted, but in fact 99 from 100 is painted, i am looks and checked them 3 times. instruction for this program (script). please comment this post only by constructive answers! more thanks. sorry for my poor english.

Print them off and put them in a Page Protector. Using a China Marker (aka Grease Pencil) you can tic them off as you do them.

When spraypainting if the game doesn't make the 'doink' sound the tag isn't completed.

I had that happen just once, it said complete but wasn't..

1.) As above post ^^Use a checklist and grease pencil or a printed one with a writing utensil.

 

2.) Attempt to paint each one, even if it looks like it is painted. This is because if one is started and not quite finished it will appear painted yet not be counted because you didn't finish the job. The paint counter has to paint for a very certain amount or your not done with the tag.

 

This is a difficult task,....unless of course you remember a tag that was interrupted with a gang attack on you while painting and you jumped to the conclusion you were finished and it looks done or something.

Paul's Save Editor though, you can lasso the whole map and the one you missed should stand out. I have always sprayed to the doink sound but it is odd the game will tell you it was sprayed before the sound.
