The crime is the highest for developin nations. Sure it may be crime higher den us in undeveloped nations, but who would want to play in south africa or mexico, where its pretty much all slums. 3.)We influenced gangs around the world. MS13 and 18th street are all over the americas. Crips and bloods in several continents as well. 4.) We have the toughest police force. Not as far as strict laws go but as far as how the police go to catch a criminal and the resources they have, we have the "best" 1), I'm black, and I'm sure as hell that no city has a majority black population. Only PG County does. Its more diverse than majority black; don't be ignorant, dumbass. 2) What does crime have to do with the next GTA? I'm not even going to answer 3 & 4. These reasons are just ignorant statements that try to explain why GTA should stay in the gang era. Why can't GTA go past the SA stage and into other stuff? I liked GTA 4, and that wasn't gang-related. Plz, don't make a topic if your going to be stupid and try to keep things in one lifestyle/race.
