Game freezes into slow-mo when I use sniper rifle!

I am having a unique, unusual, but serious problem whenever I hold down the CTRL key, and or the Right mouse button to use the sniper file, or the rocket launcher. It is very difficult to describe, but what happens is that Carl Johnson dissapears from the camera and the whole game switches into extremely slow-motion, and all controls and most audio cease to exist, rendering the game unplayable, and whenever I use the mouse wheel, it just scrolls through all the weapons in the game, including a bunch of sex toys, and I cannot move anywhere in the game, it also switches into some sort of time lapse for some reason. I may be able to upload a screenshot later. Please help!!!

Bunch of Joy Toys(?)

First you have to remove all the mods you have installed.

This part of the forum is not for modded game troubles.

After removing the mods

Play the game With the Original DVD in the Drive. (If you are using a No-CD program or crack get rid of it too.)

When it plays without the mods/crack you have no problem.

 

If you put the mods back and have a problem go to the Modding forums for help.

If you use a No-CD crack you can't get help here.
