This is old news, I've actually brought it up myself before, but I've never seen the two articles I'm linking to connected before or taken into estimation when talking about the release of the next GTA, so I thought I'd make the connection myself.

December 3rd 2009: Unannounced Take-Two AAA-title is delayed. IGN doesn't think that it is the next full GTA title, but no matter how good a gaming news site IGN is, I never take their speculation and guesses seriously. Although they think the title was pushed back from Q4 2010, which seems accuarate.

December 4th 2009: One day after delaying an unannounced AAA-title Take-Two says that GTA doesn't need to be annualized. The title was probably pushed back from Q4 2010 to approximately early 2011.

Probably, that's what I think at least. Assuming that GTA is the AAA-title and assuming that it was pushed back from Q4 2010. I think the whole thing is weird, why tell people that they're delaying something when nobody even knows about it coming out? Seems like some sort of hint.

That was a pretty good find! If it's an AAA title and unannounced... what else could it be? It makes sense, they would have to push it because of Halo Reach and other major games coming out around that time, plus it might not be ready yet.

 

Or it could be Borderlands 2.
