Mince Posted March 15, 2010 Share Posted March 15, 2010 (edited) I've read on some sites that the Rhino tank from the III era was supposed to appear in TLaD, as it was mentioned in some early magazine article... does anyone know if this is true, or have a link to the article? It might just be a lie. Edit- I read it from here. Probably not true since it's a wiki, but I thought that maybe it was mentioned in an article somewhere.... TGMOS Posted March 16, 2010 Share Posted March 16, 2010 They brought back an iteration of the tank idea, the APC in TBoGT, but the only vehicle that was left out of TLAD that I know of was the Tampa. But they brought that in in TBoGT as well, and have now left the Brickade out of the game except for it being in the game's files. Never seen any mention of a full-blown tank in GTA IV though. Mince Posted March 16, 2010 Author Share Posted March 16, 2010 Yeah, I know the APC was intended to be a more realistic sort of tank... but from that page I was thinking that they were originally of thinking of something similar to the APC or tank for the release of TLaD. I read on GTA Wiki about an FIB Boxville (and I'm pretty sure the brickade was meant to be a military vehicle) but I haven't heard about another variation of the Rhino...although, if they were thinking of adding it, I think they went with the APC because of it being more realistic in a city environment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
